They don't respond to the phone or email. For example, it's been 2 months since the insurance company sent the final check, but the office said that they just got it this week. I received the mail from the insurance company that they sent the check 2 months ago. Moreover, the amount the lawyer office sent me is lower than what the insurance company paid.
