The restaurant that keeps you hungry.
Me and my partner visited this restaurant at 6:15 pm, when there were only a couple customers in. First we saw a bartender with a headphone in and tried to order with her, she just directed us to another staff member. We were then greeted by a couple people and no one spoke English. Unfortunaly, we weren't off to a great start with a language barrier.
Someone directed us to a table and pointed to a QR code. Neither of our phones could read the QR codes, so they handed a paper note filled with options to choose, in German. Since neither of us spoke German, we had to translate everything with our phones, but eventually we did order.
The food took probably 15 mins and it was good. We eventually got the QR code to work and ordered more food. It took half an hour and we were starving at that point! Our soups went cold, because the gas had to be changed. We got our food, but the server forgot us, and after 15 mins we went to get her and she changed the gas. We did order a 3rd time and again waited for a long time.
We were at the restaurant for 2,5 hours! Servers went by our empty table and we were ignored. Servers went by our table and no one even looked at us! Surely they saw the table didn't have any food, we just sat there. This is the first time I felt like leaving a restaurant in the middle of eating, we were literally ignored and forgotten by the staff, if you don't speak English, DO NOT GO HERE.
