It has great tasting menu that you'll surely love to back again and again and again and again, I could eat here every dinner for one whole month and no skiping of days! They have a wide variety of cuisines to choose from, saucy meats and seafoods, excellent tasting sauce and side dishes, and don't forget to oder their "to die for" pastries! Dong Huan is my personal favorite. 2 flavorful grilled pork chops season and topped with sauteed garlic all for the price of less than P300. Oh so SULIT! You can bring your family and friends here for some yummy satisfiying tummy treat! They also cater birthdays, parties and meetings. The restaurant is open from 11am to 10pm, so you can spend almost your whole day here! Treat yourself like a king and eat at Sentro 1850.

We have been going to Sentro 1850 for as long as I can remember. It offers mostly Asian-Fusion…read moredishes which are soo good, but are not bad for your wallet! It's also very easy to find since it is located in the central part of the city. My go-to meal here ever since has always been the Thai Super Bowl! The savory-sweet marinate on the pork combined with the kick of the sourness of the green mangoes is a delight to the palate. I also recommend the Grilled Swordfish and the Garden Salad. These can be split and shared Unless you're really really hungry, you can eat them both by yourself... and you wouldn't feel guilty! It usually gets filled up especially on lunches and dinners during the weekends, so head over there early!

High Ridge is at some high cliff at Cagayan de Oro. This place was recommended by our senior…read moreconsultant because of its breath-taking view. And he was soooo right. It was way better than the Jack's Ridge in Davao. We were just in time to witness the majestic sunset. The skies were nice and colorful as the sun goes down. We were seated outside and near the view deck. It was open air so it felt like really close to nature. (Tip: Check out the restrooms, lol) They had a play area for kids, some space for the gardens, and they had very nice decorations. As it is March, many came as the night went on to celebrate graduation. Service was nice although it might take a long time when there are lots of other people, but it was understandable. Music was good. I think the price is way cheaper compared if it were in Manila. I have only one description for the food: FIESTA! Probably because our colleagues ordered the Seafood Platter (shrimps, calamari, fish fillets, crabs, etc) and Meat Platter (baby back ribs, chicken strips, liempo, etc) and each platter is good enough for 10-15 people and was just P2000 each. WOur table also had chicken tacos that looked very appetizing and oh their caesar salad was on point! So they have the cucumber-lime juice and watermelon juice which were bestsellers. (It's quite a disappointment to find that their chocolate ice cream shake was just ice cream.) Along with these, they also serve some cakes. So we ordered different slices of each triple chocolate decadence (Yay!) , blueberry cheesecake (Yay! It tasted like the ones in Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf but the latter is still better), oreo cheesecake (meh, kinda dry). Just imagine how full we were trying to eat everything! It was a very pleasant night. I'd really go back here whenever I have the chance too. I highly recommend this place if you plan to go to Cagayan de Oro. Please please please try this!

There were four different options for sauce- Redtail Style (buttery, garlic + creole seasoning), Coco Loco, Salted Egg and Garlic Butter. You could also choose the level of spiciness. NOT RECOMMENDING!! We ordered a chicken basket worth ₱390…read morefpr 5 pcs chicken because my husband had been craving it since the last time we ordered. He was initially satisfied, but unfortunately, the chicken served to us was hard and disappointing. We believed it was recooked, possibly from a canceled order. I complained and asked the staff to try it themselves, but they refused. Without tasting it, they claimed it wasn't hard because, according to them, it had been "pinched" in the kitchen and seemed fine. We were left waiting too long for any real action to be taken. We requested to change the order to shrimp, but their decision took so long that we eventually decided to leave. They gave us a small discount on the 2 pieces of chicken, which we could barely eat. I asked to take the rest home for the dogs, but later felt bad even offering that to them, so we just left it behind. In the end, we ate nothing but the cucumber juice and shake. The rice was taken out, and our total bill was ₱577.50. Not recommending this store - poor service, no proper way of handling customer complaints, and inconsistent food quality.
