Zero starts for this place!!! Came here on a Saturday night at 8:30 PM. The neon open sign was on and their posted hours were "open until 9 PM." We were turned away by the staff at 8:30. We saw other clients walk in and be served. What a horrible business where they do not abide by their posted and advertised hours nor their staff not turning off their open sign we were clearly disappointed zero stars for this place.

Sit where you want feel. The pho was pretty tasty. We went back twice. Service was quick. Thai tea was delicious!

Grilled/microwaved pork with rubbery texture. When I returned my meal for a refund, I confirmed that it had been microwaved.

What a total disappointment. I ordered the fried egg rolls and the rice with grilled pork. I've gotten this same order at many Vietnamese restaurants and this was the only time it wasn't excellent. But the grilled pork was inedible. The egg rolls were obviously cooked in old oil for too long. They were dried out and greasy. The grilled pork looked and tasted like it was heated in a microwave or a crock pot. No grill marks. No grilled flavor. Mediocre cafeteria food at best. Honestly, they should be ashamed to serve food like this. What a waste of $26.

I had lunch here on Monday as expected it was not super busy. The waitress whom I forgot to get her name was very friendly. The rice to meat ratio was a bit disproportional with that being said it was very good. It came out piping hot that I almost burnt my tongue on first bite and the meat was very well seasoned. This was a nice convenient place as I didn't have much time between doctor's appointments down the road.

-Hole in the wall type place, dingy decor, walls -Overall underwhelming but food made up for surroundings -Pho was bland without adding sauce, add the chili sauces and sriracha (if you can tolerate spice) and your food will be bursting with flavor -Spring roll cooked well, good shrimp and flavored sauce -Waiter forgot boba in bubble tea, boba was very chewy, taro smoothie was ok -Unattentive service, few waiters

After a long day at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, my girlfriend and I were craving something fresh, healthy, and inexpensive-- Chopsticks Pho & Grill hit the spot! This quaint, no frills Vietnamese restaurant offers flavorful Pho, fresh summer rolls, and more (we loved the shrimp vermicelli)! Service was quick and the restaurant was clean and conveniently located 15 minutes from the theme park. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Williamsburg!

The typical strip-mall exterior leads into a rather austere dining room. We ordered two of the "P3", which comes with "sliced eye round steak and well done brisket". Portion sizes are great, and the flavor of the pho broth was really good. However, the sliced eye round was so rare that there were pools of blood in the tray. My wife was afraid to eat it. We also had an order of egg rolls, which were okay, but really just tasted like generic fried food. All said, the food wasn't bad. It probably won't be our new go-to for pho, but it's just a little more than a mile away and the prices are decent, so I won't say that we'll never be back.

Great vermicelli noodles with flavorful pork and super crispy shrimp! And I'll always enjoy a Thai tea

The previous two times were perfect with apps and meals we've ordered. Even a co-worker of mine has been here and became a fan. Would the third time be icing on the cake for us? For this visit, we actually saw more people dining in with some ordering takeout. Not a bad deal on a nice Saturday afternoon. Staff was pretty busy around the restaurant keeping everyone happy. We were seated very quickly and ordered after a few minutes. For my meal, I ordered Cơm Thịt Gà Nướng (grilled lemongrass chicken) and a beverage of fresh squeezed sugar cane. The drink itself was really good. It wasn't too sweet and is actually good for you. Sophia drunk some and said the next time we come by, she'll order it. Great stuff indeed. The meal was very good as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of veggies to go around. We got full halfway that we took it home where both still tasted great. Thanks again to Souper Pho and Banh Mi for this joyous occasion. We'll continue to be patrons the next time we're in the area :)

It arrived fresh and piping hot, with a beautifully crisp exterior that immediately told me it was made to order. The batter had that classic bánh xèo texture - thin but sturdy, with just the right amount of crunch without being greasy. Each bite had a satisfying contrast between the crisp shell and the warm filling inside. The plate came with a generous assortment of fresh greens, which added a nice brightness and balance to the dish. Everything tasted clean and well-prepared, and the greens paired especially well with the nước mắm dipping sauce, which was flavorful without being overly salty or overpowering. It had that familiar savory-sweet-tangy balance that really ties the whole dish together and makes you keep going back for another bite. What really elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it genuinely felt like he was happy to have customers there enjoying the food. He even took the time to show off some of the restaurant's awards, which honestly just reinforced the feeling that this place knows exactly what it's doing! You can tell there's a lot of pride behind both the food and the space. The atmosphere itself was relaxed and comfortable, making it an easy spot to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. Overall, this was a really solid experience from start to finish - good food, thoughtfully prepared, and paired with warm, genuine hospitality. Would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, and I'd definitely come back again to try more items on the menu!

The menu is loaded with many Vietnamese delights, but I was only there for Pho, so I asked what broths they make and was surprised to learn they make beef, chicken, and vegetable broths for their Pho! Many places I visit only seem to make a beef, so I was happy to be able to enjoy chicken broth with my Phở gà. I told him to pack the order securely as I had a long drive home, but that clearly didn't happen. I didn't wait long for my order, maybe 10 minutes total and when I got it, it was in a tied plastic bag, which I carried out. I felt heat on the bottom and thought maybe one of the lids leaked, so when I looked at the lids, they were very poorly secured, which is an issue. They bought terrible, cheap, low-grade quart containers, which barely hold the lid. So I seatbelted the bag in my front seat and made it home fine. But when unpacking at home, I noticed the large round containers they put the main food in had lids that was sitting on top of the base, but didn't lock on at all - Again, cheap containers. They also had a nice assortment of accoutrement in that container, but everything was mixed together, both the cold and the hot - this is NOT appropriate. You should never pack cold and hot things in a single vessel when food is "to go." Even still, we separated everything and when it came time to eat, the noodles were so soft, they were melting. The broth was on the bland side, so I found myself adding Sriracha and salt for the first time ever to my Pho broth. The veggies were fresh though. The chicken looked and tasted good, but there were several odd, dark pieces in it that wasn't appetizing to come across. Overall - I really wanted to love this experience, especially since the smell inside that restaurant was great, but I feel it was slightly less than was it should have been. I'd say this was a 3.5 star visit, but will rate on the hi-end at 4 stars. Would I return? Not for Pho.
