I ordered combination plates through BeyondMenu last night, and according to their menu, they were supposed to come with cheese wontons. I noticed I didn't have them when I got home, so I reported it in the app. A rep from the app called and said the restaurant told them that they no longer serve the cheese wontons with the combination plates. I told them it is still advertised on BeyondMenu. The rep called the restaurant again to let them know, then called me back to say "sorry." That was it - no partial refund, no offer for me to go pick up the wontons, no future incentive... Nothing but a "sorry." My family has been going to this place for years! This place not be for everyone but we enjoy it and still continue to this day. They cook to order so you know everything is fresh. Their prices are also fair even tho it increased but that's due to inflation and Jsut everyday prices going up anyways. We will continue to go here. One of my go to spots for lunch/dinner as the combination plate is still reasonably priced for a good amount of food that tastes great. My favorite is the house chicken, but the Mongolian beef and garlic chicken are fantastic options as well. We get the chicken fried rice for my son and he eats it up! Meh. This isn't the worst place I've gotten Chinese takeout, but I definitely wouldn't order again here anytime soon. Our neighbor raves about this place, but I was hesitant. My bf said for us to give it a try, but now he regretted the decision. Everything we ordered all tasted the same; General Tso's chicken, House Lo Mein and broccoli beef. All of it had the same flavor. The broccoli beef was the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a while. It was a hot, gelatinous mess. I don't know how you manage to make beef that texture, but they did. My son who is a meat-lover, pushed his plate to the side and said the beef was too mushy. Taylor and I haven't had much luck finding a local, go-to spot for Chinese carry out since moving, but I feel confident Chopstix will be the first one we return to and give them another shot. They have a huge family style menu as well as lunch and dinner combination specials- choice of entree, rice, and spring roll. We tried the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, and wonton soup. Quality and flavors were all very good; the execution on some things wasn't. The batter on the shrimp was very dense and overwhelmed the tender shrimp. The fried rice was nearly perfect, except for the gigantic, almost raw onions. It was also unusual to not receive any sort of dipping sauce for the spring rolls. However, the soup was great and Taylor enjoyed the orange chicken- spicier and more developed flavor than most orange chicken. Service was super quick too. I placed my order in person, and was walking out in less than 10 minutes. Overall, we will be back, and I hope I can round up to 4 stars with some different selections. read more

Really enjoyed the shrimp chow fun. Noodle consistency and the taste was good. I love the fact they have combination plates. I ordered the seas and chicken. It keeps getting more and more expensive while everything gets worse and worse. The orange chicken was very dry and had very little flavor. The beef and broccoli was ok but lacked flavor. The lo mein was also dry and had very little flavor. Even the containers they come in now are styrofoam and are warped/melted from the heated food. No containers or cartons anymore. We used to love this place and it was the best Chinese food around. Apparently it's changed owners and has not been good since then. We've even tried it a few times since just to make sure it just wasn't a bad day. I'm sad to say that this is our last experience at Chopstix. I would save your money and go to Panda Express. I kept seeing this restaurant from Silverado Ranch so my family and I tried it. I purchased the Family dinner A which is a choice of soup, 2 pieces of cream cheese and crab wontons a choice of rice and 2 full entrees. All in all everything was good not great but would love to try more items from the menu for sure. I ordered in the restaurant and waited about 20 minutes for the food. Very happy with the wait time. It doesn't look appealing when you walk in and it kind of looks a little scary looking inside BUT that's not what we came here for, the food however is pretty good, I've ordered from here multiple times and only once have I ever had a problem and mainly it was just I felt that my Singapore noodles could have been more firm like they usually are, the fried rice is amazing and the cream cheese crab Rangoon are sooooooo good even better with the sweet and sour sauce I used when I bout the sweet and sour chicken I'll be back again soon. The absolute worse experience, the food was prepared completely wrong of what was ordered; the driver did Not speak English, I think Chinese, not sure When the driver left, I immediately called the restaurant, spoke to Chris, mentioned he was a mgr, explained I received the wrong food, Chris asked to put me on hold to speak to the cook, I requested for him to call me back on my cell. Chris called me back & asked me to bring back the order because they did not have a driver to pick up the food, I said it was impossible for me drive there to give back the wrong food order because I could not drive due to surgery, then Chris mentioned that the owner prepared the order for delivery, I mentioned then he needs to pay more attention, then Chris said he could not pick up the food order that was delivered, so the latest status, I took a total loss with aggravations . Total Cost $39.50 + 3.00 tip $42.50. This whole order ended up in the trash; my suggestion, Do Not go there for they are not respectful, Don't Care about the Paying customer. read more
