My home 4400 sq ft When I arrived the next day.. I was Shocked! The house was disgusting. What she stated was clean..looks like it was never touched. I contacted her and provided her pictures. She agreed to make it right and even came back and did a walk through. She blamed her helper and she didn't have her glasses on. We gave her a chance to correct the issues and rescheduled to come back and clean what was missed. SHE NEVER SHOWED up. Allison avoided my calls, texts and I even requested a partial payment return on cash app. Do not use this service. I feel I was robbed. I paid her almost $800 and did not receive the services requested. I have since cleaned my home and it was not difficult....which made me think 'what did they do when they were here?'
