They used my money (Over six figures) for this time and paid me no interest. They said it was policy. They did not even send the check in certified mail, that would cost too much and they did not have the staff. They made no effort to contact me or notify me that my check would be delayed this long. I had to contact them. Imagine if I had "Their six figure $)" for 14 days, they would be demanding interest for sure. This is the most unprofessional and greedy organization I have worked with in my over 30 year career. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They do not look your for your best interest, they are cold hearted predators. ___________________________________________________________________________________ 04/24/17 - After posting my first review, I was contacted by the local Spokane Charles Schwab Manager who intervened on my behalf with Charles Schawb Nationally. She was able to arrange compensation for my lost 14 days of interest. I just received the check today and am changing my rating. They have renewed my faith that the corporate bureaucracy can be pierced and they listen and act on justified customer issues.
