We've made more than our share of auto insurance calls as we've added and removed vehicles and included a young driver on our policy. Lisa and Niki have been ever-patient, cheerful and responsive; often finding discounts we wouldn't have thought to ask for. In the middle of tropical storm Helene the high wind tore off part of our roof. Steve responded immediately to my call even though his own power was out. With his computer battery fading he managed to enter a damage claim for us and get the ball rolling with State Farm's crisis team.Thanks to Steve I was called back right away by a coordinator who's first concern was our safety.
