For me, at my before and during wedding, I found myself speaking to her about nerves or laughing or whatever just as I did with my guests. I had an appointment at 10 am. The studio wasn't even open. The photographer didn't show up until…read moreclose to 10:30 am. The pictures turned out great. The photographer was great. The photographer had come from another studio and that's why she was late. The packages are very expensive. I was told in 48 hours I could view my pictures online. It took 5 business days to be able to view the pictures. That was only after I contacted the corporate office. I waited and called the day they told me my pictures were supposed to come in. The package of all their customers pictures did not arrive via UPS. They didn't know when it was supposed to come in. It took another couple of days and several phone calls to finally get my pictures. Bottom line is the pictures are great, the packages are expensive, you may or may not get your pictures on time. The manager of this studio is not very helpful. You get better results dealing with the corporate office. Other Kiddie Kandids studios may not be this way. I have used Kiddie Kandids with my other children and they were the best hands down (this was 3 years ago at least). My understanding is they are now owned by the Sears Corporation.
