We had him trim a bunch of trees, remove and trim some bushes, and do some weed work on my dad's commercial property. This was a fiasco from start to finish. I called and we…read moremade an appointment for Chuck to come out the next day at 10 am. He called at 8:30 am, to say he would be there within an hour to an hour and a half. I called him at 12:30, and he said he had gotten a flat tire, but would be to my house within a half hour. He finally showed up at 4:30. We had a tree and several bushes we wanted removed, and the stumps ground down for all, and he agreed to level off the mounds where the trees had been, and to remove some rocks that had been around the tree. He said he would be to my house the following day by 10 am. I called him at noon to see if he was still coming. He said something about having to buy a new saw, but that they would be there in about 20 minutes. At 3 pm, I called and told him not to bother coming. He then sent me a text that he was a minute away from my house. When he got there, he told my sister he had gotten a flat tire (odd that was the same excuse from the day before). She asked him how that had affected his cell phone performance... He took the tree and bushes down, then his stump grinding crew came in. The mounds were not leveled, and the rocks were left behind. When my sister asked him about it, he told her she must've misunderstood, because he "never said he would do that." They also left both of the gates open to our yard (we have dogs), left a trail of small branches and other debris leading from where the tree was taken down to the back gate, and they missed grinding down one of the stumps for the bushes. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them. Very unprofessional.
