Unfortunately, when my previous agent retired, I was reassigned to Jason Barnes. Since then, my customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week--and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client.

Maria was incorrect, Jason Barnes and his team are PHENOMENAL! I know that you didn't ask but I'm feeling generous so I'll tell you. They're great listeners, professional, personable, knowledgeable, consistent and they anticipate your needs. For example, I just inquired of Deante about life insurance and I had in mind to compare whole life vs term , I didn't have to ask him because he automatically provided the information. He also noticed that my birthday will be tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday in advance and explained premiums are based upon your age when you initially enroll. I talked to Kailyn a few minutes earlier to make my payment in advance of autopay. She was cheerful just like every agent that I've ever spoken to at Mr. Barnes' office. I don't know how Mr. Barnes vets potential employees but he needs to teach this skill to other employers and industries because customer service, including in the medical field is desperately lacking when it comes to hiring people who are emotionally intelligent. I have owned a home for the past 18 years and in these 27 years I have filed 5 claims. 1 car claim about 2 years ago (I hit a curb in the winter) and 4 roof claims. State Farm has denied all the roof claims and never paid out a penny on any of them. So why is my homeowners insurance being dropped. I should have dropped you in 2018 when every house around me got new roofs after those microburst tornados we had and State Farm said mine wasn't bad enough. How is it possible that the two houses behind mine and the house on the right and two houses on the left and three houses across the street needed new roofs but not mine. At this rate I might as well take all my policies elsewhere. Longevity and loyalty mean nothing to this company.
