    I was involved with an accident in which I was not at fault. The driver had "likar" insurance which…read moreI believe is the banker and the person who was in charged in getting this resolved named was Tonya Martin. She was fantastic. I however decided to go through my insurance which was direct auto and my adjuster name Janet Santina was very unprofessional. I made a claim. My adjuster named Janet would not returned any of my phone calls.. She would ignore my voice mails that I left numerous occasions. I have spoked to supervisors how I've been ignored and I do not even know what's going on. My adjuster apparently went to take pictures of my car to get an estimate and 3 weeks after she still would not provide me any information with my car. I've done everything she asked me to do such as sent in my crash reports my statements regarding of the incident and still I had no knowledge of what was the next procedure in resolving my issue with my vehicle. I kept calling and calling demanding to speak to Janet and after being on hold for half hour, Janet got on the line and pretty much dumped me and told me to go through the other insurance because she was worried "direct auto" their insurance would not get their money back from the other party" and also it's in the best interest that I spoked to the other party to follow my claim. They failed to take care of my as a customer. I shouldn't have to be calling everyday to get an answer. It is their job to resolved this issue. It is what we have insurance for... However after she suggested I call the other party in which her name is Tonya Martin. I explained the issue and Tonya answered all my questions and called Janet Santina speaking to her professional about where are they at with my vehicle and ask for information about the estimate and why they haven't resolved this issue. Janet was very rude.. Kept over talking her.. Had a smart lip and claimed the problem was me refusing to pay deductible and it might take up to one year to get their money back from likars. How ridiculous is that?! Anyway Tonya insisted she would take care of me instead after Janet Santina lack of neglect and unprofessionalism . Tonya insisted she will help me with this issue because I was not at fault of this accident. Tonya Martin was very professional! And I am upset at how my claim was handled by direct auto. Thank you likars insurance. I look forward for my vehicle to be resolved soon.

    Stay far away from this place!!! Elvia who claims she is the owner practices fraudulent activity…read moreand is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was a customer of theirs for several years! Always paid on time without any issues!!! At some point last year they switched the provider of who insured me. Didn't receive anything in the mail or any updated policy information but working two jobs and moving I continued to pay. I finally found the time to shop around and find a policy $80 cheaper and called for several days attempting to speak to Elvia to cancel. She was never available and I working at a call center missed her one return call attempt. Finally sent an email request with the policy number to cancel as she requested in the voicemail because apparently notifying them by voicemail and with her receptionist wasn't sufficient. Even after I emailed she didn't cancel my policy instead called me and was so rude and spoke to me like a child inquiring on the date I started my coverage with any other company. Provided her the information only to wake up this morning and see a $170.59 charge to my account. When I called her she was unforgiving and acted as whatever saying they would credit me when she wasn't authorized to charge my account in the first place! I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and am filing reports with BBB and calling the FBI and Inspector generals office.

Being…read morenew to the state and not knowing what insurance company to use or which agency or agent to trust creates a lot of anxiety because you definitely want to get your money's worth but you also want the right coverage. Elvia has made this process extremely easy she worked tirelessly to find me the right coverage at the right price and continues to do so as I add vehicles and drivers to my policy as long as I live in this area she will continue to received my business and recommendations as I feel she is one of the best agents in the area.
