Fast forward to this current season (spring, 2026) and your technician sprayed weed killer on our grass. See pictures attached. His explanation was he picked up the wrong product from the warehouse. The solution was to reseed the grass. Again, look at the pictures attached. Our grass looks horrible. I just can't believe that it looks the way that it does. They should have offered to resod our grass, but all they offered was to reseed it. AND, can we talk about our water bill. Our bill prior to this was 24.70. Our last bill since we haven't had any rain was 118.15 and who knows how much our next bill will be. I asked manager to help us with the water bill and he said no, but he would reseed for us again in the fall. This is unacceptable. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT. We had perfectly fine grass before this technician put the wrong product on our grass.

They took their time and cleaned up everything that fell out of the gutters and into the yard and onto the deck . We have a row of bushes going right under the length of gutter on one side of the house- they even got all the dead stuff that came out of the gutter off of the bushes. Reasonably priced too! I plan on using him for my landscaping from now on, to include cutting grass and redoing my backyard from his recommendations.
