Gas flows quickly into my tank and the outside credit function works. However, one of my fill ups at this location didn't give me a receipt and stated that I had to come inside and get it. I know it's my laziness to not go inside to get it, but that's why I decided to pay OUTSIDE. I don't know if that's just one pump that's affected by that malfunction, but most of the time I can get a printed receipt. Parking lot stays pretty busy because of the washateeia next door, but not to the point that you can't maneuver to the pumps or find a parking space. Location is off Hirsch and Little York, so depending on where you're headed, take the time to figure out the be at way to leave the location yo avoid fighting your way into traffic.

This place is very family oriented, they speak English and very polite. .. it's hard going to a tire place and not understanding a word they say. They had to replace the entire bumper of my Honda Civic and did it in less than a week. They were efficient, fast, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now for the minus one star justification. While we were sitting there waiting for Hertz to pick us up, we had a woman come in there livid and screaming at the top of her lungs. Evidently her insurance didn't cover all of the cost and she couldn't afford to pay off the rest so the shop threatened to keep her car until she could pay it off. Now, if that's their policy, that's fine, but discussing things like that in the common room in front of 10 other people is a little awkward. I'm not sure what the polite thing to do is at that point, so I started playing snake on my phone to distract myself from the scene. Finally the manager came out, took her to the office and she left 10 minutes later looking much calmer (though she did throw a dirty look at the receptionist before she left). My other gripe with them is their marketing ploys. Since they're also connected with a dealership, I guess they felt it was okay to call non-stop for 2 weeks to offer us a new/used car. Granted it was my husband's fault for saying that we were planning to look for a new car within the next year or so, but it got to be quite annoying. Finally we had to call them and ask to be taken off their calling list. No big deal, just a little irritating to come home to 3 messages a day from the same dealership. All in all, they did a good job with the car and I have no complaints. The location isn't the greatest, but I'm not sure if there would be anything much better on that side of town anyway.
