I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

After living in our new place for a couple of years, we were finally ready for some fencing…read more Since we like supporting local businesses, we went with Owasso Fence company. Matt, the sales guy was prompt and courteous and quickly got me a quote. As with a lot of things, I got busy and the quote sort of sat on my desk for some time. I got a call from Matt, who wanted to follow up with me and also advise that the materials for the fence were getting scarce, and if I didn't move quickly, my wait might be extended for some time. So, we went ahead and set the date and put down a payment. We were told 4 to 5 weeks, and it ended up being just under 6, with that including the Independence Day holiday, so I'm good with that. Workmen arrived when they said they would for both the posts and the fencing, spreading it out over three days to allow the posts to cure and setup. Overall, I'm happy with the fence, although a couple of things I think could have been done better. The side gate by the house was hung to swing opposite of what I wanted. To be honest, I didn't think to tell the crew what I wanted, but were it me, I would always ask the owner, just to confirm. One question can save a lot of heartache. And I feel like that detail should be on the installer, not the customer. The other issue is some poor alignment of a couple of double gates, where the tops don't line up with the fence. It's trivial, but I noticed it right away, but sadly, after the work was done. So there's no way to make it right except to pull the gate post and do a new one. Other than those issues, I'm pretty happy. I would definitely do business with Owasso Fence again, but I'd pay a lot more attention to details.

This time hubby and I were on a mission: find Lantana for the huge pots around the pool. They had tables of Lantana! Baby plants, just right for planting. Fantastic selection of colors. Happily, we walked out with several flats. I didn't have time to shop although I was constantly distracted by the various offerings; kitchen stuff, home decor, clothing, seasonal, etc. Normally we walk out with more than plants.

Our house has a huge deck that was built around a gigantic, old silver maple tree. The tree was…read moreroughly 80 to 90 feet tall and it was estimated to be close to 100 years old. The tree was in a sad state and we were fearful that one of the large limbs would break in high winds resulting in a tremendous amount of damage to our house. We consulted with three arborists, and they all agreed the tree should be removed, but only one of them had a crane large enough to do the job and that was Nick's tree service. This was not an inexpensive project. It was just under $11k. But I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality of work that Nick's tree service provided. It took them less than three hours to completely remove this tree. And after they had cut, chipped, swept, and left. You would've never known they were even here, except of course, for the huge hole in our deck where the tree used to be. The entire crew was very professional efficient and got the job done in record time. It was money well spent.

Obviously it's not just me from reading other reviews. I'd call them first, any time. I was coming down the street, going home. The tree they're taking down is huge, so the little street was blocked. One of the workers held up his hand, indicating it would be one minute. It was less! So polite, so professional. It's done. By the time I'm finishing this review, they've finished. The remaining tree trunk and limb are gone. Shoot! I missed it.
