I was drawn to the family atmosphere they displayed so well back then. My wife and I joined and became part of Gods family. We were both baptized there and dedicated our lives to the work of Christ. Although we moved away to NH in 2009 we have always checked back to make sure they continue to win new souls to Jesus. I'm drawn to their commitment that were the bible is silent they are silent were the bible speaks they speak. Always makes my heart fill with joy to see they have continued to have success not in worldly ways but in heavenly ways. If you're looking for a faith-based church that puts the truth of God and faith in him above all else look no further. As Christians in this storm, we call life being anchored is a great feeling very hard to describe. Today's world is crazy in many ways it's nice to know that there is still a place to go for refuge and comfort. I wish you all Gods speed and may his grace be upon you and his Grace be sufficient for you. I have read some very negative reviews one thing they all have in common is the Bibles teachings on the subjects at hand. The devil prowls about like a hungry lion seeking to devour your very soul. If you're looking for convenient Christianity, then this is probably not the place for you. However, if you're looking for the truth of God then it sounds like they are doing the right things. This idea that churches should conform to some ideological way of thinking and be accepting of all thoughts is Ludacris. Church has always been and should forever be a place to go to seek the truth not lies. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The elders of a church are responsible to God not man. It sounds like there doing their job well. Perhaps maybe we could all self-examine our own lives. See where we have fallen away from the teachings of God. Thank you for giving to the lord.

The teaching is based on the Bible, the living word of God. We quickly became members and both serve in multiple ministries. If you are looking for a great church that is centered in the word of God and has an amazing Pastor and ministries check it out!! Oh, and I am a minority, there are several other minorities and this is a Great place for your kids of All ages!!

Walk Through Bethlehem is without a doubt the area' most effective community outreach by a church…read more Thousands come each year to walk back in time when Jesus was born. More than 450 church members volunteer their time and talent to provide this rich spiritual experience. More than 26,000 cookies are consumed by community 'pilgrims' at the end of the tour -- along with countless cups of hot coffee. Last night, I became one of those pilgrims. From the folks directing cars into the parking lot to the hosts and hostesses arranging tour groups to the re-enactors -- everyone made me feel like I was no stranger. I belonged. While waiting to take the tour, I truly enjoyed the music provided by the Rich Family, followed by Warner Christian Academy's award-winning jazz band. Led by a dedicated and very energetic band director, who truly loves his work, the band was simply magnificent. All in all, we have no other area event that sets the appropriate mood and tone for Christmas so well. I will return for my ninth walk next year.

We tried PCA and PCUSA churches locally and didn't find the perfect fit. Pastor Larry Kirk is a professor at Reformed Theological Seminary. Praise is led by Patrick Anderson who is getting his doctorate from University of Southern California (I think in guitar) but is from California and helped to lead praise at Grace Community Church (John MacArthur's church - Dispensational). Pastor Curtis Froisland came aboard 2015 and teaches from a Reformed theological perspective as well. CCC is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America. I know, I was like what is that? It is a denomination that allows greater autonomy over doctrine and specific beliefs based on biblical interpretation to local EFCA churches. This church is predominantly Reformed in its theology. This church is part of Acts 29 and is dedicated to church planting rather than becoming a megachurch in itself. If you are hungering for a multi-ethnic intergenerational congregation that is passionate about community and sharing the word of God definitely come by to worship. They are a non-denominational charismatic church and sometimes our charismatica can run visitors off. That didn't happen. It was a packed house for Sunday second service. I have attended every Wednesday night since (I work most Sundays, but they have a full service on Wednesdays too). I just love the Praise and Worship and the messages are helping me to grasp God's amazing love and mercy. This church is clearly where God wants me right now.

I have to be honest, I loved this church, went here my whole life but never have I felt so hurt…read more There was a family picnic they have every year and I decided to go with my family and they NEVER go to church and I'm telling them "no this church is amazing, it's really good" so the one time I bring them to a event that the church is having, it's only been 5 minutes, the pastor and ministers (for security) walk up to me and I could tell something was wrong but they asked if they could pull me aside and talk about something and the only words I remember is pastor John telling me "someone is uncomfortable that you're here, and I'm going to have to ask you to leave" IM SHOCKED! It was a public park of which to my knowledge, the church has no ownership or ordinance over and I am told to leave? My family said "what?? What happened??" And of course I told them and they were mad that I actually didn't say anything. We literally just got there and within seconds we were all asked to leave. The only person I could think of is my ex, and I had my new gf with me, so is it jealously?? Immaturity?? What ever happened was YEARS AGO and we already talked about it!! My WHOLE family is so outraged because the church WHO I GREW UP WITH throws me out like that. The situation was handled so poorly and that it was a HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION for the ONE time I bring my family to show them how nice my home church was and the nice event they have and THEY ASK ME TO LEAVE A PUBLIC PARK! I'm honestly disgusted with the choices that were made today and feel like this church is choosing sides with out hearing the full/real story. I do not feel comfortable coming back to family Worship Center because it is evident you guys do not live up to that name.
