The area was downtown Laredo. There were a lot of historic buildings. Many of the businesses were closed due to COVID 19. Very Sad. I heard that Laredo was supposed to be crowded in January because of George Washington's birthday celebration. Next year!

Please don't forget that most of them will charge you for parking, the only one that is free is the one that belongs to the church, which is small. This church is the cathedral of the dioceses of Laredo, bishop did mass today for all the catechists and youth ministers. I always try to admire the old of the cathedrals, and this is one seems to me simpler than the ones from San Antonio and Austin.
