Most people only care about their needs and think that you should bend over backwards for them. Those selfish a** people like BRIAR R. don't deserve the excellent service that this shop provides. Sorry behind person got what they needed and then bashed the shop. Really!?! I have used Christa's Alteration Shop many times and have always gotten superior service even when it was in a rush. Christa is such a kind and professional person with great customer service. A week before prom I needed my daughters dress altered. I called one of two places referred to me. First one said no, too short of notice. I called Christa and she immediately said to bring her in and she would get it done. When we went in and she marked it for alterations, we saw it was a little dirty from shoe marks around the bottom, so she said no worries, she would alter it,take it up the road to cleaner, pick it up for us and press it and then we could just pay her for it all. Walked in with a dress I needed altered in a hurry. I got it, I was asking for a lot, but this woman was RUDE and genuinely looked as if she didn't give two flips about my needs!
