My case was challenging and I went to many other law firms they either hesitated or try to rip me off. Luckily I found Nathan's team online, after an hour consultation I made my decision. They are very professional and sympathetic! Nathan's team helped me with my I751 conditional status removal. They collect as many evidence as possible, Melissa and Gloria filed the papers and put a very solid statement for me to explain my situation. The efforts and dedication they made in documents preparations made my interview process really easy. On my interviewed day, Nathan went with me and the officer didn't give me any hard time because my documents prepared so well. That was a 10 mins interview only!!! Highly Recommended!! He is the BEST immigration attorney you can find. I never met an attorney as honest and caring as him. His entire staff is extremely organized and so supportive. I never write reviews but this man goes above and beyond for his clients. He is so dedicated to keeping families together and will try to find whatever option possible. Nathan and his team are very personable and professional. He answered every question and prepared us for the interview. We were kept informed during the entire process and had no surprises. The immigration proceedings took longer than expected, but that was completely a DHS issue. My husband and I were taken good care of and kept informed throughout the process. Nathan is the best immigration lawyer in Dallas. He helped me get my green card a few years ago and recently helped me become a U.S. citizen. The entire process was painless. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He took me step by step through the entire process. Nathan is the most honest lawyer you'll ever run into. He will not make you waste your time or money. He tries really hard to make himself available to talk to clients directly, which lots of other lawyers don't care about doing. In addition, he is a very fun and easygoing person and you would likely think of him more as a friend than an attorney. The staff working for him are all absolutely amazing. History

Established in 2013.

After graduating from Law School, Nathan worked for a law firm in both Lubbock and Dallas, Texas dealing exclusively in immigration law. After less than a year, he became the managing attorney for the Dallas office, and two years later he was named partner. Working as the firm's sole immigration court attorney for over three years, Nathan became familiar with all of the immigration judges in the Dallas Immigration Court. This gave him experience and knowledge on all types of immigration cases and a good understanding of how the Immigration Officers in the Dallas USCIS office work. Eventually, Nathan decided to open up his own law firm that focuses exclusively on Immigration law. That is how Nathan Christensen P.C. was started. Nathan's goal is to ensure that his clients gets the best representation possible at the lowest prices.

Meet the Business Owner: Nathan C.

Nathan Christensen grew up in Fillmore, Utah. After high school he spent two years living and working in Honduras, where he became fluent in Spanish and developed a love for the people of Latin America. Later, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's in international law then went on to get his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law. In 2007, Nathan had a career defining moment when he spent the summer studying international law in Guanajuato, Mexico and was able to work as an extern with an established Mexican Law Firm. This experience made him interested in practicing U.S. immigration law. Since then, Nathan has spent over three years working as an immigration court attorney in both Lubbock and Dallas and in 2013, opened his own law firm. Nathan and his wife, Tiffani, live in the DFW area and have three amazing children.

She kept telling my family to wait to get a response from immigration - an entire year went by and my father did not even receive a work permit. During this time, she actively avoided contacting with us or even answering the phone. We recently switched to another, more qualified lawyer and within a month my father had a work permit. A simple and straightforward case was completely messed up due to Elena Kareneva's negligence. Not to mention, her staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. She lies about the things she says she is going to do for someone, she does not act in the better interest of her clients. Angie has kept a girl in Denton County jail for almost 2 years now, her clients friends and family have sent her over 25 character letters in behalf of her client that she claims she has not gotten, even though her secretary says that the letters are there, but Angie has not shared them with the district attorney on the case. Well since it is law in Texas that you cannot hold somebody in county jail for over 2 years without a trial when the girls to your mark is almost up Angie finally decides that she's going to take her to trial. Now keep in mind this girl only has one charge, when there have been other girls in Denton county jail who have had more charges and have gone out on one two years probation. And this girl has no past criminal record at all, and she is in Denton county because in reality she was defending a child. But with keeping this girl in Denton county jail for almost 2 years now she has lost her youngest son, her other son does not even know who she is anymore because she's been away so long. Angie is destroying this girl's family. When Angie is supposed to be on her side, Angie is her attorney but you would almost think she was the attorney who is prosecuting her not the one who is defending her. So in a case that should have taken less than 6 months to go to court and to sign for this girl 2 years later and you finally says she's going to go to trial. Which keeps this girl away from her family and her children even longer. So if you need an attorney who you can count on to be on your side do not choose Angie N'duka as your attorney.

I'm well aware of Personal Injury…read morepractice; those who advertise heavily have to settle quickly, cheap, in volume, to afford the tv commercials. Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." The Insurance Company Adjuster made offers that were insulting, a couple thousand dollars, take it or leave it. Marc called, "We can reject it, file suit, that will likely get the attention of somebody above the Adjuster." Marc did. And, a couple months later called to say he'd gotten 100% of the Policy Limits. On both claims! Many PI lawyers only take "major" cases that may net them beaucoup bucks. This wasn't "major", just two good people whose lives were changed forever by a careless driver. Mark handled it the same way he would a million-dollar case. Dallas Personal Injury lawyers know about each other. I've never practiced PI, those I know and trust sent me to Marc. And he got my friends every cent available. He stayed in contact with them, kept them fully aware, gave them a complete accounting of how their payments were computed. Ethics are a major part in law practice. From what I saw, Marc's are of the highest.

Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.
