He not only matched the size and profile, but had a little thicker mirror that still fit inside my hardware. No charge.... and I don't mean no charge for the upgrade, I mean he wouldn't take my money at all... Not just a small business owner, but a helpful neighbor as well. I highly recommend his shop for any glass work, and since he won't let me pay him, this will have to do for now, at least until I meet someone who needs my help and I can pay it forward. So far as the shop, it's located on 5N, and he has several pieces he's replaced inside, windows, mirrors, shower enclosures, etc. Even a large etched commercial mirror, along with a few that appear to be coming up for install. It's clean and he is obviously competent in his trade. He's a busy guy, as well he should be, but please don't hesitate to call him for an appointment if you need Custom Glass!

During the very first rainstorm, the system failed. The pitch was dead-level, causing water to pour directly behind the gutters and underneath the new installation. Leslie has posted the videos and photos of the leaks with this review-the proof of their botched work is undeniable. When we asked them to honor their warranty and fix the leaks, the owner's immediate response was to threaten to bring law enforcement to our house to rip the gutters down. I have text messages proving I explicitly offered to pay in full once the job was corrected. Instead, he called the police, who quickly realized this was a civil contract issue. Now, to distract from his own bad workmanship, the owner has resorted to posting unhinged, fabricated stories and attacking my craftsmanship as a builder. Let's set the record straight: The "House Structure" Lie: He claims the house I built is twisted and out of level, and that I don't know how to use a string line. The house is built perfectly plumb and square. Even if a house did have structural issues, a competent contractor would point that out before doing the work, not use it as a retroactive excuse after their dead-level gutter installation fails. The Damage / Sawzall Lie: He actually claimed in a public response that I threw a tantrum and cut his gutter hangers with a Sawzall. I have attached our home surveillance footage to this review. The video clearly shows his own crew ripping down and intentionally destroying their own materials. The Sprinkler & Marijuana Lies: He blamed our sprinklers for not being able to work properly, even though Leslie was home all day receiving home health care and no one ever asked her to move anything. He also made bizarre, deflecting accusations about marijuana, completely ignoring the fact that she has a medical card. He is now publicly bragging about using derogatory slurs against our friends and trying to "blacklist" us with other contractors just because we refused to pay for a broken system. Save yourself the massive headache and hire a professional who stands behind their work and treats people with respect.

Bearded Brothers Tyler & his mate did an awesome job on my…read more86 year old mother's house. When we got the bid & it was more than the other guy's, but Tyler explained why his bid was better (why wider gutters & more downspouts) to my husband's satisfaction. He even came back a couple times to tweak a couple things at no charge & make sure Mom was pleased! We're so glad we went with Bearded Brothers!

My wife and I had a garage with a bottom seal with one end that wasn't making contact with the…read morefloor; the side seal was too short; and because it needed some maintenance, the door would occasionally stop and reverse direction. Russ was able to quickly identify the problems. He did some maintenance on the door itself. His son came later to replace the bottom and side seals. Before leaving, his son made a point of asking if I had any questions. He made sure the door was sealed properly when closed, and the garage door springs were adjusted correctly for the door.

They also sell tile and Tim found the perfect tile to go with my kitchen remodel. I did go to the other stores around town that sell flooring. Village carpet beat all of them. The installers were very nice, professional and funny. They were very careful when moving my furniture. They did a great job removing the old carpet and pad. Cleaned the floor before installing my new carpet. Once they finished installing I vacuumed the carpet and they replaced the furniture. next I had the laminate floor installed. The gentleman that took up my old ceramic tile worked his butt off. He got the old floor up in one day. Next day he installed the new floor. Than came the ceramic backsplash tile installed. Another great job. Took 2 days. Again I'm surprised how fast, neat and caring every one from the owners to the installers. I would have never know they were here. They did a great job and

The worst experience that I've had. They were supposed to put carpet and vinyl in. They were…read moresupposed to do the vinyl 1st then the carpet. I had the appliances moved and most of the furniture . They came in started the vinyl and then moved to the den and started the carpet. They changed me for moving the appliances and furniture and they didn't have to move any of it if they had done the vinyl 1st. They didn't even do my half bath. I asked why I would have all the floors done and leave a half bath. One of my refrigerators got unplugged. I was not reimbursed for any of the food I lost. I have used them different times throughout the years. I've never had experience with them like this one and I will not ever use them again.
