I seldom write these little blurbs, but, when I come across a team that is willing to roll their sleeves up and get it done, no excuses or delays, then they get my 2 cents on platforms such as this.
Tell them what you are looking for, they will tell you what they can or cannot do, price it fairly, and well, get it done. Sales are not their strong point so you will not be left with a sales pitch feeling. What you will find though is work effort is their strength. We were fair to each other and both came out winners in my book. EOM.
