The work was pretty extensive and was scheduled to be completed in 1 day. The owner Bo & his crew arrived around 8am to begin set up for the job. I mention the owner being present to manage the work for the day, because I believe it's a very important component in getting the job done right. The roof, gutter, and downspout cleaning started as scheduled at 9am. The job took about 6-7 hours to complete (including cleanup), and the contractor finished up around 4pm. Overall, the guys did an outstanding job in getting our gutter system operating at 100%. We did have a minor cleanup issue that BO took care of right away. I would definitely recommend All Clean Power Washing to any HOA or commercial business in need of a reliable contractor to perform a thorough & effective cleanup of their roof & gutter system.

The owner did come to look at the landscaping after the fact but pretty much told us that our trees weren't dead and to keep in touch. Regardless of if the landscaping comes back this season or not, this "reputable business" should have handled the issue with professionalism and class. Instead all we got was a nasty email and a pompous owner telling us that our landscaping would be fine. Well, we will see. Considering the actual landscapers who put the trees in came to look at the damage and were concerned, we are too. Do not use All Clean.
