I would put zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. Was given a gift card and I went on her website to book an appointment. Upon reaching out to her she asked for the info of the person who purchased the gift certificate because the coupon code didn't work (actually there wasn't one included at all, already a bad sign and highly unprofessional) and I reached out to her for her to say "oh if it's over a year old then it's expired" when the gift certificate has no expiration date on it. I told her "there's no expiration so we were under the impression it doesn't expire." she says "well I can't find the record of the purchase" I said "its not my fault you don't keep good records you know? and regardless to arbitrarily decide they expire after one year is highly unprofessional" she changed her entire tone. She had been so rude and condescending but when she realized she had made the mistake she goes "well I will talk to the original purchaser" like um no thanks? You think I want a reading from someone who treats potential customers in such an impolite way? she has now responded underneath and tried to insinuate I stole the certificate but she bought it for her sister who then gave it to me. I do not know the original purchaser. Her sister is a family friend and regifted it to me. I have no control over who purchased it and who updated who on when they gave what gift to someone else. I also included a picture of the gift certificate (that is actually 3 years old, not 6, I confirmed with the person whom gave me the gift) and as you can clearly see there is no expiration date! Instead of owning up to her mistake Christie has just tried to lie and insinuate I stole the gift certificate. She should have just owned up to her mistake. I mean do you want a reading from someone who cant take responsibility for their mistakes? I don't. I brought my mother and sister for a reading as a Mother's Day gift and it was an amazing experience. TRULY AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This review is for a Reiki session I recently had with Christie. It was more than I expected. The spa like session lasted one hour, she explained everything she was going to do. You'll have the option to use an eye mask, I highly recommend you do, as this will help you relax.
