Ill start by saying I love this stores prices for certain times and military discount. Its the customer service that is horrible. Every single time I come to this store I wait at least 15-20 mins to check out. While other employees are stocking stuff on shelves walking around ignoring customers. The one time i did ask for help to find an item i was told "its over there" i still couldn't find it the girl refused to get up off the floor (she was organizing something) and show me where i could find it. This review may get removed but this store gives me a very very racist vibe. All the employees are white and they treated me like crap. I wont shop at a store with employees that think they are better than the ppl that are shopping. No thank you. read more

Only been here once. Walked in and immediately there was fall decorations there which was awesome. Browsed that for a bit and found a few things. Walked around the whole store and only saw one employee filling the rugs and they didn't seem to notice anyone else. The store was a little in disarray as there were carts and boxes all over. Once we got to the registers the line was about 8 people long and we waited . They had two cashier's and they were doing well. There was one lady opening boxes just watching the line and never once jumped in to help. read more

The store itself is excellent. I love all the deals I can get there and all of that good stuff. But you can tell the management and the employees have no communication skills. I go there quiet often and end up having to ask 3 or 4 different people a question if they have more than one of a certain item especially furniture items. Because I want to know if they have another in the back, and half the time the employee either does not come back or is rude. One time I even waited 45 minutes when there was literally no one in the store and it was a couple hours before closing before I even heard back from one girl on one item. The employees tend to be somewhat friendly depending on the day or time of the day. For the most part it's a decent store. read more

I was wondering why I got Bed Bath and Beyond vibes from this store until I realized the parent company was, in fact, BBB. Anyway, it's a very large discount store full of name brands and an extensive collection of random odds and ends. I particularly like their cookware area if I'm looking for a new skillet (they have Rachael Ray cookware) or random ingredient (marinara sauce or seasonings) or snacks (discount diamond brand almonds, yum!). The store is particularly impressive in the decoration department. As of the moment, it's like the holiday fairy vomited cheer and garlands all over the place. The only thing that bugs me, like in BBB, finding a store associate is tough and some of the products are high up on the shelves, so me at 5'2, it's a smidge difficult to get certain products. Otherwise, it's an awesome store for knick knacks and browsing. read more

This is a very nice store. Has lots of seasonal items. I purchased several plants in the spring. All are thriving. Have a great garden selection of things to drop in as decorative as well. Purchased hoses here. Has a little bit of everything. Food selection is small but has some surprises. Has a senior discount. In all I stop in every few weeks. read more

This store has a great selection of items but what won me over was the Customer Service. They went above and beyond any customer service I've experienced. Katasha, Julie/Julia, Big Man on Campus!, These associates are the greatest. They were patient, helpful with all my questions, helped me load items into my vehicle, let me know how to operate the website, found extra deals for me and my family. At the end of the day, I was able to get everything I needed because of these wonderful ladies at Christmas Tree Shops on Fayetteville. The Christmas Tree Shop is a great place to shop. I go there often, and always have a pleasant experience all away around. However, when I was shopping there on Friday 25. January 2019, about lunch time, I was almost speechless, the cashier was so rude and unfriendly. I questioned the price on an item, and got an answer that was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it is difficult dealing with the public but if you cannot control yourself, and keep your angry disposition to yourself you are in the wrong business. Will remember this lady cashier and stay away from her the next time. read more

I love the unique items and great deals here. However, I failed to check the box of one of my items but did not discover the problem until I got home, which was an hour and a half away. Well, their customer service totally rocks. I love this store!!! read more
