Do not trust them, or use them. The tree was half dead when it was delivered, a day late. We paid for the collection, and they NEVER turned up to collect, or answer several calls, emails, and text messages. I agree with the previous review, considering there is no Google review or any way to rate them, does say a lot. I received an automated email this year to order another tree, and not only was I met with no remorse or compensation, but she tried to sell me another one!!! They essentially stole my money. Thanks for the horrible Christmas experience. You should be ashamed. read more
