The great people at Central Virginia Foot & Ankle Laser Center put a stop to her suffering. They were very accommodating with the special circumstances surrounding my daughters autism and her fear of needles. The surgery was done perfectly and now she hasn't had any issues with her toes. The facility itself was at the same time spotlessly clean and welcoming. The whole process was made easy by the team of professional nurses and doctors there. I really can't recommend this organization enough.

Initial treatment involved removal of two of the nails and laser treatment on all ten, with follow-up laser treatments for the first year. Dr. Stewart and his staff kept me well informed from the beginning of what to expect and how to care for the nail beds as the nails re-grew. I have continued the program of bi-annual visits to laser the nails in order to maintain fungus-free toenails. Drs. Stewart and Waltz are very professional, yet personable. They are well informed regarding the latest treatments for toenail fungus and make appropriate changes to their services and/or products in order to provide the best level of care for their patients. Before coming to Dr. Stewart in 2012, I had tried every method of toenail fungus treatment available, all with no beneficial results. The technicians and front office staff are great to work with and have been very responsive to my scheduling needs and phone orders. I continue to be extremely pleased with the level of care I have received from Drs. Stewart and Waltz and highly recommend their practice. My toenails look and feel great!

He told me the proposed procedure was "easy", "routine", and "proven". I ended up with chronic pain in my face and a complete inability to breathe through my nose. I have subsequently travelled to see top nose surgeons around country and they unanimously have said Dr. Parks plan with me was doomed from square one. Two of surgeons were baffled by Dr. Park's ineptness, and they were obviously sorry for what he did to me. I actually had to battle out of serious depression because of the damage Dr. Park caused. I am writing this review with the hope that it prevents future prospective patients from letting him fool you into surgery. Do not let him touch you.

I have spent years battling with a deviated septum that has caused me many health problems. I have…read morebeen told by three doctors that I have a severely deviated septum that needs to be corrected with surgery. I have been waiting all of these years because of job changes that created changes to my insurance and relocations that have caused changes with my doctors. I have chronic headaches, dizziness, insomnia, nosebleeds, have episodes where I have passed out from lack of oxygen, etc. My local ENT doctor told me that I was a complicated case and would need some degree of reconstructive (plastic surgery) and that he wasn't comfortable doing the surgery and that no one in the area was good enough to take it on. He referred me to Dr. Park. I have waited years to finally have an appointment with a surgeon to schedule my surgery, and once referred, I had to wait 3 months to get in with Dr. Park. When the appointment came, a doctor Hyde was the one that came in. He told me that he worked for Dr. Park, which immediately caught me off guard since I had waited so long to see Dr. Park. When Mr. Park finally came in (accompanied by three medical students) he entered the room with a certain arrogance about him. I immediately could tell that this wasn't going to go well. His demeanor was that of a stuck up, full of himself, holier than thou surgeon that every potential patient dreads. He began to examine me, spouting out medical terms such as "lateral collapse" to the student that was updating my medical record. Meanwhile all of the students are staring at me, which as you can imagine, was very uncomfortable. Mr. Park told me that I had about 20% usage of my right nostril and called me a "mild case". He said "some people can't breathe out of their noses at all". He completely dismissed me, and made me feel like I was just in search of a nose job. I was referred to Dr. Park because I was told by a highly reputable surgeon that I would need some aesthetic surgery in addition to the medical aspect. I never mentioned plastic surgery to either doctor. Mr. Park kept trying to convince me that I didn't need surgery, and kept using lingo that only surgeons would understand. When I would ask him to clarify he would respond with " As I said", or " Again". He was talking AT me and down on me. I almost started crying, and my frustration was clearly displayed on my face and with my body language. Dr. Park stood to my side so I had to turn my body just to speak to him and look up at him. He told me that I didn't need surgery, even though I was desperately spouting off about all of the years of suffering, the struggle to breathe, the lack of sleep and of sanity from living a life with oxygen deprivation. He dismissed me with nothing but a recommendation to do a sleep study, that maybe I had sleep apnea. I am back to square one. After years of effort to get my nose fixed, I was pushed to the side; talked to like a girl that was just trying to get a nose job. I was in tears the entire 2 hour drive back home, back to square one. I hope that Mr. Park will be forced to come to terms with how he has set myself and others back on their battle to improve their quality of life.

I consulted with many NYC plastic surgeons who all wanted to perform very invasive brow lift surgery, I did not need brow lift surgery just a singular eyebrow lift. Dr. Kaltreider was the only oculoplastic surgeon I could find who did direct brow lifts. Her office manager Cynthia was so helpful and knowledgeable and really one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Dr. Kaltreider and her nurse Jonni are so nurturing and caring and I felt totally comfortable and confident that I was going to have the best results and I did! Dr. Kaltreider really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She made sure I felt no pain and communicated with me the entire time. Jonni made certain to assist the doctor and keep me comfortable as well. It was almost like a spa treatment. I also had a small amount of xeomin placed in between my brows and Dr. Kaltreider placed only where I wanted. I totally understand that anytime you have a procedure where skin is cut you will have a scar and I was willing to trade a small scar for corrected eyebrow position, however, even after a few days my results look amazing and I know if I need any touchup or scar treatment that Dr. Kaltreider will do everything necessary to correct. I am so happy with my result and will travel from NYC to Virginia to see Dr. Kaltreider, Jonni and Cynthia for all my future eye and eyebrow maintenance. They are so warm and genuine and caring and I highly recommend anyone to go there!

Stay Away-charlatans-- These people are only interested in money. We did not even have an…read moreappointment with them, we are seeing an GYN doctor and on our way out they asked us if we wanted information. We said sure. We had no idea that information was going to cost over 600 dollars. They never once said it was an office visit, because it was not, they never once told us we would be charge anything. We were clear we were not going to pay anything for information. We have insurance but we were not sure if it would cover it. We told them from the start we were not willing to do anything till we knew about the insurance and I had to research more about what she was telling me I needed. She told me 50 percent of my vision was being impaired by my eyelid by a 3 minute test they give. She coached me on how to take the test. They brought us into another room and had us fill out papers they said "was only for insurance pre-approval". We told them then and with followup calls I was not sure I wanted any procedure and I would decide after I spoke to my insurance and did my own research. When I first saw the doctor I asked her if she had her eyebrows done she said no, I asked her assistant Lois and she said yes she did and so did the doctor. Why did the Doctor lie about her eyebrows? I began to feel uneasy with the situation and called in to let them know I was not comfortable with any of this. My husband called in about the bill we received and by the Assistant and the Doctor herself they both said "why does it matter you not paying it the insurance is". The problem is we were never told about any charge and the doctor told me by phone "its curious you want to know everything that is going on". That was the final straw and I cancelled everything with them, reported them to my insurance, reported them to Sentara, and Im reporting her to the medical board. The only thing these people care about is do as many surgeries as possible and make all the money you can and bill the insurance without the patient knowing what they are being billed for. I have found a new doctor and Im very pleased with her. I will post here as soon as I see her with the results of by eye light test and I bet it will not be 50 percent as Sara Kaltreider claimed. I will also see if I need Blepharoplasty upper eyelift and the brow Ptosis. After research and speaking to other medical professionals I was told that i did not need blepharoplasty but the eyebrow Ptosis would suffice. I called the office told Lois this and they pushed and pushed that I would need the Blepharoplasty too. I will find out for sure with my new doctor because I do trust the new doctor. I would not trust Sara Kaltreider with surgery or anything else. I found her to be dishonest and uses womens insecurities to capitalize on them. Well this woman is not insecure and I have only the interest of my vision. I suggest you search around. If you want someone who cares about you and not the money then stay away from Sara Kaltreider and her office minions. I have uploaded the bill that we never were told anything about and the eye test she gave me. In January I will see my new doctor and I will post the comparison. Till then, stay away from this place. Get a second opinion.

I wore them (almost $300) for a year. At the end of the year I had terrible tendonitis in my left leg. I then spent a bunch of money trying to solve it, and the opinion of 2 docs at Uva, and 2 physical therapists was that the left orthotic made my foot roll out. I emailed and called Blue Ridge to discuss this, and at least get my money back. I never heard back from anyone. But beyond the money, I suffered a great deal of pain as a result of this improperly fitted orthotic and got no response at all. I finally got it solved by going to Rodney Madigan at Move Better PT. He looked at these orthotics and saw the issues. He worked with me which helped and sold me some off the shelf orthotics that addressed the supination in my right foot and solved the left leg issues. To me this is unbelievable. The worst service/medical experience of my life and I'm 63. Stay away!!!!

I…read morewas told my high arches has caused it, and a map for an orthotic was made, using an ipad to scat the sole of my foot. I had told Dr. Murray that I had had one prior steroid injection, which worsened the pain, and that I was not responsive to lidocaine as a numbing agent. I agreed to receive one injection from him, as the orthotics would take 2 weeks to be made and he assured me the prior doctor had 'done it wrong.' This is the most unbelievable pain I have ever had- And I have been treated for cancer, had many biopsies, and so on. I hopped out on one foot, and did not regain full weight bearing for a week. The pain at that point (post-injection) encompassed the outer third of my foot- and that has not changed since that time. I wore the orthotics for 2 months, came back, said it was no better, wore them for another 3 months- no better- arches more comfortable, but neuroma worse. This was the LAST visit I will ever make to this place. I was told that 1) I was wrong because 'steroids always relieve pain' so I could not, therefore, have pain. 2) He had NOTHING else to offer- no cryo freezing, no surgery, no alcohol injection- NOTHING. 3) I repeatedly asked if there was anything other than the steroid/lidocaine injection, and he got angry and dismissive, and told me that 'NO, This is all there is. If you change your mind, come back and I will give you another injection.' He had been rude and dismissive on the first post-injection visit, but I thought, 'well, everyone has an off day now and then.' but the next, and last, visit was even worse because the attitude was the same, and no viable treatment options were presented. I feel I wasted time and money here, and, in going here, allowed the neuroma to essentially be "untreated" for the better part of a year, as nothing he did helped it.
