They do not pay out and they handle your claim very sloppily and unprofessionally! They do nothing they say they will do for you! I had a pipe freeze and busted and its now a year and a half later and I have to hire an attorney. My claim was mishandled and services were not rendered yet they have no problem taking my money every month. They treat their clients horribly and are not helpful or there for you in the event of an emergency! I have small children and I have been without my kitchen for over a year now. My family has suffered immensely! Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE Central CoOperative Insurance! They are a scam!
