The teachers there are wonderful and so caring and it really shows with the kids. I came in at lunch to nurse my son for a while when he first went back and I would see him before he could see me and he was SO happy. The teachers there spend lots of time with the kids and really encourage a lot of activities. We looked at a lot of places and what stood out to us is that this place really encourages kids to be kids and to learn through play. A lot of the other places were structured and while that can be a good thing in small doses, I was the one going back to work and not my son. I also LOVE the fact that there isn't much technology there. If you check it out you will see that the teachers are playing with the kids or interacting with them, not on an iPad to send the hourly updates. Kids are encouraged to play and imagine for activities and it really shows when you walk around because the kids are all having fun and playing but all are very respectful. Even my parents mentioned how happy the kids all were and how much fun they were having when they picked up my son. I also like how it is independent. Decisions can be made without red tape. Miss Jeannine and Miss Nancy have always been so responsive and encouraging. I love that I can talk to them and they are always warm and welcoming. They also know every single child and parent there. I've gone to them for advice or to ask how things are going and they always have time for me. You just can't get that at many other places. It also works well for the bigger kids because they can organize fun activities for the kids and don't have to clear it with corporate in NJ or TX or wherever. The activities they do are so fun for the kids and so rewarding. To anyone looking for a daycare I cannot recommend this place enough. Take a tour and pay attention to the teachers and how much they care. Watch them as they play and interact with the kids. That's what sold us when I looked at it and they have exceeded my expectations. It is scary to think about sending your baby to daycare, but it makes it a lot easier to know you are handing him over to people that care for your guy or girl and they will be having fun with friends.

Children are permitted and encouraged to explore and learn. They have some directed activities but also plenty of time for children to explore and choose their own work, whether with books, puzzles, toys, or just burning off some energy. They advance students from one class to the next not based on age alone but on students' personal development and readiness. There's great diversity both among the children and the staff. It's also one of the most affordable day care centers I've come across in the area, and I do not feel that we've compromised at all on quality for the more affordable price. The opening hours are also generous, which has given us more flexibility to make both work and home life possible.

He is now 5 and although we now longer need full-time child care we opted to send him for pre-school; after having less then desirable experiences at other preschools. He is truly a different child while at Sunny Days; compared to other programs where he was sad, disengaged, and even refusing to go! When he comes home from SD he is happy and full of stories of how much he learned, and the fun he had. When we did have him enrolled there full-time we could not have been happier. My husband and I went to work each day knowing he was in excellent hands. When he was younger and still in diapers we never once thought the room smelled, or was unsafe in any way. We found all of the staff there to be friendly, professional, and never once saw any negative attributes out of a staff member. From the administration: Mrs. Pat, Jennifer, Maryann; to all of the teachers, including Kim, Mary, Monica, Dana, Ofe ( just to name a few) we looked at them as if they were part of our son's family. I cannot stress how wonderful and welcoming they are. I know it will be a sad day for my little guy when he is too old to attend!

My oldest still speaks fondly of very specific moments and memories of all of the staff at TLC and my twins are both ready for preschool. When my oldest entered preschool, she was praised not only for her academic knowledge, but also for her social skills, many of which she picked up here. Laura, Claudia, Sammi, and Jojo (does not currently work here anymore) have all been instrumental in giving all of our kids a strong start. They all truly care about the kids and provide a positive and consistent place of learning, play, and growth. On a personal note, during a turbulent personal time, they offered me grace, flexibility, and consistency with quality of childcare. Their love for my children and the other children at TLC is palpable. They also keep a very clean space, have excellent age-appropriate toys/books/songs/activities, and are very communicative throughout the day as needed. They send amazing pictures every day and updates. Everyone here is like family to us. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

As a new parent I wanted that extra interaction time. However, I've had nothing but a positive experience there. I wanted a school that had a good curriculum, with teachers that were loving and patient and they've met my expectations. I love that they have an app that I can monitor my son's day, diaper changes, nap, activities it made me much more comfortable leaving him in the morning's. I love all the teachers but Ms. Yvette & Aliyah are stars in the baby room. My son runs and grabs Ms. Yvette leg every morning for his hug and it warms my heart. They also have parenting classes and give free zoo tickets and extra things to ensure the family is getting all the resources available to them. I interviewed numerous daycares and I'm happy with my decision. I would definitely recommend.
