Everyone understands that protection and security is important. This was overkill not protection. Absolutely ridiculous. You would never be able to reach an agent because of the amount of information you need to input which it's quite possible 9 out of 10 folk will NOT have readily available. I was even asked for the address of my local bank. I told them the location but was asked for the address. Absolutely ridiculous. This Bank seriously has to learn from counterparts about how customers are verified. A huge learning curve for sure. Terrible policies in place for sure. Will close the account as soon as I can.
