I wasn't able to make the high payments and asked for a lower payment plan. I was denied and she withdrew from my case days before my court hearing. I represented myself. Doing more research I found Mr. Joel Greenberg & before meeting me he spoke with me on the phone and then wanted to meet with me to hear more of my concerns! I never even met my previous lawyer face to face or zoom. Mr. Joel made me feel confident, comfortable having him to represent me. I didn't have that feeling at all with the last lawyer. I only had one 15 min call with her and was told I would have to settle for overnights. After I represented myself the dad was only awarded 3hrs every other Saturday. I'm beyond sure if I had Mr. Greenberg representing me in the beginning I wouldn't have to type this long review.

I then searched the firm itself on the Florida Bar website and found several listed attorneys. I attempted to contact one directly by phone and email, but received no response. The lack of communication and follow-through from this firm is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as estate planning.
