During the group photos they were excellent at setting up shots and giving direction to get the best photos possible. The final pictures have been perfect. They pitched in to help when needed, helping to contribute to making it the best day possible for the bride and groom. They were a pleasure to be around and genuinely enjoyed their presence. April is a good person! I think her emotions got the better of her when I stated I didn't like some…read moreof the pictures. I think she only heard that I didn't like the pictures. Do I think she could have handled it differently...Yes. Joee overnighted my disk after I had waited 14 days for it to come via regular mail I got it the day before my wedding and I was able to use some of the photos for the wedding. I was pleased with those photos! Both Joee and April, made this look like my fault and as a business owner myself it's never good to make your clients look bad especailly, when they are not in the wrong. This was simply me as a client saying I was unhappy with some of the pictures and then getting the cold shoulder for it. Joee, for you to say what you said about me knowing the family...and trying to turn it around and be about that was just unprofessional. It had nothing to do with this process. If as a business person you offer services to someone and they accept your price coming back later and saying they got a major discount is of poor taste. April could have charged whatever she liked and I could have chosen whether or not her services was worth the money. You both have many things to learn when dealing with clients. I have changed my review because I liked the pictures I used it was the attitude and lack of respect for my needs that made this such a bad situation. I wish April many happy clients and much business. One unhappy client doesn't mean that everyone is unhappy with her. I've had experiences that were good and bad with my own business. I learned from them and work better with clients because of it. April, I suggest you learn from this to not take it personal if someone isn't happy. Just because you do good work doesn't mean every picture is going to be good. Overall, I used 6 pictures and I was happy with those. Best of luck to you.

Sure insured us we wouldn't be disappointed . Nothing was done as it was promised. The owner has a very rude & unprofessional attitude as many witnessed at this event we should have listened to other customers from previous situations who told us we would not be happy with her attitude. But she was very nice while you signing her contract & writing her a check. I was told by a customer when they were in the store how the owner was publicly talking down about the person who hired her. I wish we could have known about that before the event because we would have not chosen them. I was very displeased & shocked of what we received. We tried to talk with her she was unwilling to even hear what we had to say about anything how the brides bouquet ribbon was soaked with water where she couldn't ever walk down the isle with it. After the event she refused to sit down & talk about any of what happen to try to somehow make it right with us as customers.
