He gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. At the end, he started yelling at me, saying he had warned me about my bangs being too short, but that wasn't even the issue. I almost walked out because he was yelling so much. He refused to give me the owner's phone number. I finally just paid and left. When I raised concerns in the salon, I was told it was just the lighting and that the redness was my skin, not my hair. once I arrived home and looked in the mirror I saw that my gut feeling was right and that simply wasn't true. I contacted the salon with photos taken on the same day (before washing my hair at all), and then a few days after a wash yet was blamed for "products used at home," despite photos proving otherwise and only using shampoo without sulfates. The gloss they had put in was clearly over-processed, and the keratin compromised the quality of my hair. I asked for a refund or resolution and was refused a refund outright. Accountability was lacking, and the issue was deflected back onto me which I found very unprofessional. If you're a brunette you may be fine, but blondes should proceed with caution.

While I was there, a client came in openly talking about being in rehab and proceeded to be beyond demanding, rude, and completely unrealistic from the moment she sat down. Her hair was severely knotted, and the stylist spent over an hour carefully brushing it out--something many salons wouldn't even attempt. After that, the stylist beautifully matched her natural hair color to extensions, which objectively looked seamless and well done. Despite this, the client continuously complained, insisting the color was "wrong" and demanding it be made lighter. The stylist calmly and professionally explained that going lighter would seriously damage her already fragile hair. That advice was clearly given with the client's best interest in mind--not convenience or profit. As the extension service was nearly finished (and looked great), the client escalated--complaining loudly, creating a scene, and making it clear she was trying to avoid paying for the service altogether. Her behavior became so disruptive that the stylist, rightfully, refused to continue, and management had to ask her to leave. What stood out most was how gracefully and respectfully the entire team handled the situation. No arguing, no embarrassment tactics--just calm boundaries and professionalism. It's refreshing to see a salon that protects both its staff and its standards. Hair professionals are artists and service providers--not punching bags. This salon deserves full credit for standing by their team and maintaining class under pressure. I would trust them again in a heartbeat.

I paid $500 for a keratin treatment with Lauren a HUGE MISTAKE! Crystal originally quoted me $450 and claimed they had a ''professional'' who had done many keratin treatments, yet they could barely provide any photos of past work. During my appointment, Lauren RUSHED THE ENTIRE PROCESS, didn't properly wash my hair with clarifying shampoo, and seems annoyed when asked for it! I've had keratin treatment before (in a different places) so i know the correct steps - AND SHE DID NOT FOLLOW THEM! After finishing she demanded payment only through CASH or ZELLE to her personal account, which already felt suspicious. When I first washed my hair, it was EXTREMELY DRY, BRITTLE, FRIZZY, AND BREAKING OFF IN PIECES. Far worse than before the treatment. I sent Lauren photos, and she blamed my shampoo. (Which I've used for other Keratins with no issues) CRYSTAL (the owner) asked me to come in, saw the damage herself, and agreed over an after call to refound my money. THAT REFOUND NEVER HAPPENED. For 15 days Crystal IGNORED MY MESSAGES, made excuses, LIED ABOUT SENDING THE REFOUND, and could not provide proof. When I called for answers, she YELLED AT ME and accused me of harassment. She even claimed her Attorney would contact me. ANOTHER LIE. MY HAIR IS SEVERELY DAMAGED; I now have to pay for treatments to repair it, and I WAS NEVER REFOUNDED AS PROMISED. She never asked if I was happy with the service and I did not ask her to fix anything because the initial results were so bad I would not trust her to make any fixes. They also had the worst salon chairs I've ever had where they lean you back in a sitting position in a way that puts so much pressure on your lower back and I've been in pain all day. I also found it extremely odd that the gal doing my service barely spoke to me unless I asked a question, but carried on a conversation with another employee and her client the whole time (sharing stories about dogs they knew who got run over!) as if I was not there.
