No cursing, just asking them simple questions, that wouldn't ordinarily anger anyone. But Dr Dunlap is very good, and the rest of the staff is nice. So I'm thinking that they just have a problem with me. I should be able to tell Terry my dentures hurt without her snapping at me, and tell me everybody else's is fine. But mine not. Dr Dunlap wife said out loud I owed money in front of patients and staff. When I really didn't. Cause I always told them up front if anything has to be done and insurance don't cover it, don't do it. Well the bottom one wasn't made right he had to send it to a different lab. Not telling me my insurance wouldn't cover it. So after she blurted that out I wasn't charged. And the wife wrote a letter telling me not to come back, I take that as being hateful of her. I wasn't going where I wasn't appreciated any way. I feel it's only certain people they talk to any kind of way. I guess they didn't want to redo the denture that still is a problem, they weren't done properly,and they've shaved them down so much you can almost see thu the denture.
