I called home on Monday to find out that a counselor there notified who is suppose to notify them that I am there and safe thats all. This counselor proceeded to tell my mother verbatim off of my intake sheet exactly what I was doing and how much I was doing daily. This is totally againt HIPPA regulations. So I was pissed and decided to leave. The following day when I was leaving they were missing a duffel bag full of clothes. I left with one bag instead of 2 but they were aware of the missing bag. After three weeks of me calling them and not one returned call I finally got a hold of Amanda Pitts the CEO of Westminster. Amanda after a lenghty conversation and without me mentioning the phone call offered me a 25$ gift card to Amazon. I was so insulted when she said this. I honestly thought she was joking. I explained that a hoodie is between 50$ and 80$. Also I had pants and T-shirts. I do not recommend this facility the whole experience was unprofessional.

The instructor was not paying attention while my son merged onto 93, maneuvered through intersections, and handled traffic. This behavior was unacceptable, unsafe, and poor modeling of cell phone usage while driving. We paid a lot of money for this program and expected much more. Do not sign your child up with this driving school.

We absolutely love Capital Driving Academy!! My oldest daughter got her license last year and she…read moredid a fabulous job! The instructor and driving instructor were fabulous she was so prepared and ready to get her license. My youngest daughter just finished with the driving program, Mr. B went out of his way to make it possible for her to get all of her driving hours done she passed her written test today with flying colors, and told me she couldn't have done it without the support of the school. She goes on Monday for her driving test and she is well prepared for that! I highly recommend having your child use this school they are amazing!
