Like everyone else leaving reviews this dealer is as shady as they come. Lot of typical car salesman tactics. Telling me not to buy Mopar warranty because they dont pay for repairs well so they can sell me their aftermarket brand coverage. Then sell us an oil change package that only allows 35 dollars toward each oil change when we were told it covered 6 complete oil changes while signing paperwork. The Jeep we purchased was a 2025 dealer demo and only had 5k miles on it. Already getting warning lights popping up for tire pressure monitoring system 4 hundred miles later. Scratches and nicks in paint everywhere. I should have known better when we test drove it and noticed they didnt even clean it before showing probably to hide the paint damage. Checked oil and its dirty which tells me they didnt change it even though its a certified pre-owned. Needless to say we will be finding another dealership for service. To whom this may concern. My name is Jeffrey Dominique my experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 24 in Brockton 1020 Belmont st and has been a nightmare I've been having my truck serviced here out of convenience because it's close to where I live instead of from where I bought it in north Attleboro, for the past three years up until now I will never go here again. It all started when I booked an appointment for a routine visit an oil change, tires rotated, and because I have 70,000 miles, it was recommended to have the front and rear differential fluids changed for the 4x4 service. I dropped it off 11/20/25 and picked it up 11/22/25 drove it for a few days and started to hear a horrible grinding vibrating noise which I have videos to show, I brought it back and told them on 12/02/25 after I dropped it back off to have Robert paquin openly tell me that they had put the wrong fluid in the rear differential and Ron Caswell the manager told me that my truck is different from the other models and requires a special fluid and that he called Chrysler and he never heard of this kind of issue which then caused the front differential to have be replaced and told me I would have to pay them $315 to fix it and that they would cover 80% of the labor and see if the fluid is under a warranty and the rest I would have to pay I said this is your fault because my truck was perfect before I came here for this visit and now its still not fixed So the manager Ron caswell after emailing him and calling him to fix this issue I dropped it off a third time he gives my money back $577.20 for the first time I dropped it off. Ron tells me I've issued the check you should get it in mail in a few days i say ok he then tells me that they have to replace the whole front differential and they will cover the cost to  do it and then Ron caswell says ok do you want us to replace the rear differential for peace of mind I say why is it broken or anything he says no I tell him if there is anything is wrong with it I'm bringing it right back here and your going to fix it because I'm holding you and your team accountable because you are the only ones that have been working on it. So now I leave with my truck again and now dropped it off 12/09/25 for the same issue because they didn't fix the noise and Joseph Wilson another technician who I've been dealing with after the third time dropping it off tells me that he himself and four other technicians could not duplicate the same grinding and whining noise that I've been telling them. it's now back in the shop for a fifth time after dropping it off four days ago on 12/12/2025 my wife and I came down and I showed him a video we took right down the street about the noise and brought Joseph Wilson out front of the shop and drove my truck and he heard the noise and he said it sounds like the rear differential my wife and I wanted to speak to someone but of course they are not there at this time talking about Ron Caswell the manager. So now Joseph gets us in another rental car that reeks of weed as he drives my truck into the bay and says I can hear and feel everything you were describing and my wife said now you do right four days and four technicians didn't hear anything until we came down for a fifth time and not ten minutes later after we leave the shop Joseph calls and says he is outside with a technician and we can't get your truck to duplicate the noise you just had me hear when you showed me and now the truck is still over at the shop since 12/12/25. I waited six days since I dropped it off because no one called me to tell me what's going on I get a hold of Laura and she told me they ordered a brand new rear differential to replace the one in my truck and Joseph and Ron are not in today and they'll call me back when they are in  my truck is still waiting to be fixed I have been very patient and civil about this entire ordeal and enough is enough they took my three year old truck and made it sound and run like a 10 year truck. This is completely unacceptable and risking the safety of my family when I get my truck back. The integrity of my truck is compromised and my peace of mind and trust is gone because of the carelessness of a supposedly professional mechanic didn't do the job right the first time. Now they are telling me the replacement rear differential is on order and should arrive January 5th even though they told me last Friday everything would be ready and the cherry on top of all this is that three days prior to dropping it off the very first time I just finished paying my truck loan off so this is very very frustrating and if this isn't resolved it'll have to be dealt with another way through a legal representative because clearly 6 times in and out of a shop claiming to fix an issue and not doing so shows a lot of unprofessionalism. BUYER BEWARE - they will cut off contact once sale is final. I bought a pre-owned vehicle two weeks ago, before signing anything they confirmed the vehicle comes with two key fobs. When I picked up the vehicle, they only gave me one key fob and have not returned calls, messages, etc. Would hate to find out how they treat customers with more serious issues to resolve. They were very responsive PRIOR to the sale being final then went no-contact. Have been leaving messages with the sales rep and two managers to no avail. Hoping this post helps future customers!! UPDATE - three weeks have gone by and still no resolution. Note/reminder: this is for a 2nd key fob which they advised me came with the vehicle before any paperwork was signed. Not asking for much here. They did contact me the next morning after my initial review was posted - they specifically cited my post AND asked me if I'd remove it if they were to resolve my "issue". So, it is clear what their motivation is. And even with that, absolutely no effort is being made on their end to get this resolved at all or in any timely manner; they are back to not following up when they said they would or returning my calls. There is something about this dealership that seems off. I ended up going in the evening one night, it was dark. Upon entering, I was greeted which was nice. I looked at the vehicle- it looks okay. But there's only so much you can see at night with a flashlight , stated I needed to see it in the daytime (if you shop cars you know this is essential) and got a lot of push back. I was looking for a very rare combination of options in a used car. When I saw Dodge 24 was advertising the exact car I was looking for on their web site, I became really excited about finally finding the car I had been looking for for over 6 weeks. I contacted them through the internet, but could not get a straight answer about availability of the car. I decided I could not miss this opportunity, so I drove to the dealership. When we got there, there was a short wait to sit down with a salesman. The salesman spent 10 minutes asking me a long series of questions about trade-in and financing and then asked for my driver's license, which he said they needed for the test drive. He also asked if they could appraise my trade-in while we were out on our test drive. Luckily, I said no. Finally when I was not willing to answer any more questions, he told me that the car I came to see was already sold, and they had nothing else like it. Do not purchase the extra service protection! The service department here is horrible. I went in yesterday to fix a minor issue I've had since I bought my car from them about 5 month ago. The radio presets have never saved. A friend told me that they had the same issue and they brought their car into a different dealership they purchased their car from, and the issue was fixed within minutes at no charge. Since this is a minor issue and the dealership is out of my way I didn't bring it in until yesterday while I was in the area. When I arrived to the service center I was told to see a representative at counter 1 who would be able to help get me started. So I go to counter 1 and he has 2 friends there that do not work for the dealership and were not there for any service, they were just there to catch up and hang out. That rep asked me to go to counter 2 and the rep there will take care of me. I thought OK fine no problem. The Rep at counter 2 arrived 5 minutes later in a bad mood. They barely spoke to me and when they did every word was rude. When I told them that I was there for the radio presets issue, they tried to charge me $200 for a diagnostics check. When I said that wasn't acceptable they tried to turn it around on me claiming that there was no way to tell if this was preexisting issue, insinuating that I was a liar. The service protection plan that I purchased with the when I bought the car covers next to nothing. For $150ish a month it is a total rip off, and I will be canceling it without hesitation. read more

My family mechanic explained that some Jeep repairs require the Jeep dealership software to read and reset the check engine codes. Despite the bad reviews we brought the Jeep to be diagnosed. The lady at the counter explained how it works, for example two problems will cost at minimum $200 per diagnosis. She was forthcoming with the process and explained everything. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST! My family and I went in for a pickup truck. I was there with my wife and 2 children, we were there for just about 5 hours, we were tired and overwhelmed. Instead of trying for the truck they said the only thing that would work is a jeep Cherokee, again we were all tired and overwhelmed, long story short I was pressured into signing for the jeep. The next morning I called and said unfortunately this car would not work for me or my family . They said "well you already signed and the bank paid us already so its yours by law" That didn't sound right to me, so I spoke with the bank myself and the bank said "We have not paid them yet and you are not obligated to keep this loan" they canceled it for me with no issue. The dealership straight up lied to me to keep their sale, I spoke with the finance manager, the sales manager and the salesman who all told me the same lie. I also sent in reports to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office, I am very upset and don't want this same lie to happen to anyone else as it can really affect peoples lives. read more

This guy not only was awful at his job. He completely wasted my time. He lied and said he got approval for a certain dollar figure for a trade in. He strung me along all day until I get there and there is no approval. Then we come up with another deal and agree to only be told no again. So I tell him he shouldn't have strung me along all day. I was on time restraint. Not only did this guy threaten me, my family and children. Which I have all the messages saved . I call his boss and he actually tells me it's hear say LOL. ( I emailed him a small portion of the messages) I never got a call back from them to even apologize.... So I am in the process of going way above them to the top. This is unacceptable and will be contacting police and local media. Hope it was worth it I have attached 1 screenshot of the tbe atleast 100 I have. This is not a place you want to do business with. WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had at a dealership!! I saw a used car that I was interested in and set up an appointment to test drive it. Even though I had set up an appointment to look at this particular car....and...after spending almost an hour at the dealership....they told me they couldn't find the car. After driving an hour driving each way and another hour waiting...my wife and I walked out. Don't walk, RUN, far far away. I came in to test drive a specific vehicle listed online. Arrived to find out that one was sold so ended up test driving the same make and model but a year earlier. The test drive was fine, but brief and it was already dark out. Due to the fact it was night and I had gone alone, I was returning the next day with my boyfriend to have him check it out and see the car in the light of day. The salesperson I worked with was nice, and suggested I place a deposit to hold the car if I was thinking of purchasing it, that's fine. I asked about monthly payments as I was looking for a somewhat specific estimate on what that would be and was told that that information would have to be handled through the sales manager - which would require me sitting down with him and going through paperwork. Whatever, still fine. While going through the paperwork I did not specifically see the monthly payments for the vehicle alone, but was told I would need to include a "protection package" that would also be included in the monthly payments. I asked about the different protection options and was told we could go over and finalize that once the down payment was made and the sale was closed. I returned the next day with my boyfriend and in the light of day noticed visible damage to the interior and exterior of the car, I was a bit disappointed as I know it's a used vehicle, but with the wear and tear it was noticeably used. During our second test drive we both drove and noticed a noise when accelerating that sounds like an issue with a wheel bearing. It was a Jeep, and I own a Jeep, so am familiar with the sound as I had the issue with mine, and upon checking further noticed the wheel wells were totally rusted. After we left from the second test drive I decided I did not want the car as I felt the condition did not match the price, and am not looking to buy a vehicle in need of repairs. I began calling first thing this morning and was sent to voicemail various times throughout the day until finally getting a response around 4:30. I called and stated I no longer wanted the vehicle, and would like a refund of my deposit. The salesman told me I had to go in person and cancel it with the finance manager, I said I could head there now and was told that would work. I arrived at the dealership and was waiting for 20-30 minutes before the employee at the front desk told me the finance manager was busy, and someone would have to get back to me tomorrow. I stated again I simply wanted to cancel the transaction and have my deposit refunded, at which point I was told they can't "just cancel it" because "I already own the car." I was at this exact location 24 hours prior for the second test drive and heard no mention of this. I also was told to head there at 4:30 once I finally reached someone, then was informed at the dealership the bank closed at 4 pm anyways so there was nothing they could do. I never made the down payment to "finalize" this agreement, I did not receive any documentation when I left after placing the deposit to hold or any follow up through email, and had made it clear yesterday we came back to test drive as I was still unsure on it. The front desk worker said I already signed the "documentation" so the vehicle is mine, but I was told I had to go through that paperwork in order to figure out what the monthly payment would be. The deposit was also placed so I could come back, see it in the day, and have an additional set of eyes on it before deciding. I tried to call 7 times between 7 am and 3 pm to say I was no longer interested, but did not receive a response until the bank they used was closed. For a "certified" dealer so I am quite honestly in shock and completely upset they are saying I am now responsible for a vehicle due to the fact I put down a deposit. We did go through paperwork, but I was informed it would be finalized once the down payment was made which it has not been and won't be. I have a Jeep and have been shopping around for a newer one at various places and have not ever run into this. read more

I recently bought a 17 Grand Cherokee from this dealer. Second day of owning the car, I noticed that it had water inside the Headlights. So I called and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. I showed up to my appointment on time after a 45min drive just to be told "Sorry we don't have your parts" "We will need to order but I have no idea when it will come in". Bs Anyway so I left. Few days go by I called to check on the status of the parts....they never ordered. Long story short. I called 3 times and never gota straight answer just people blaming other people. My wife and I just took delivery of a 2021 CPO 2 door Hydro Blue Wrangler. There were some major issues do not buy from this dealer. It took four weeks to take delivery of this PAID FOR jeep because the dealership is incompetent and could not fill out the registration paperwork properly. 4 weeks is outrageous. They promised that they would buff and clean a few scratches. They did not when Lexi the sales person called my wife to tell her that the car registration came in. She didn't want us to pick it up that day. She was going to make us wait two more days that was unacceptable and I drove out that day and they were not happy that I was there to pick it up, that was unacceptable and I drove out that day to pick it up. The manager was not helpful while I waited. And when Lexi or salesperson had called us to she actually said well maybe it won't be ready on Thursday and hung up on my wife very rudely! No Customer service there. This was the worst by experience buying a car in my entire life. Their finance guy also lied to us and indicated that was a three month Grace period for the loan, there was not there was one month payment due. The month that they had the jeep on there lot unregistered for FOUR weeks while we paid to insure it for that time. This place is a disaster. Do not buy a car here. they did not deliver on any promises they made. Oh yeah, and they were so irritated that we wanted to pick up our Jeep that no one Showed me how to use the interior of the vehicle they don't care. we regret doing business with this dealer. If I could go below a star I would. Spent decent money on a RAM and had to take it in for minor issues (adhesive on the truck, alignment etc..) don't bother with this dealership. The sales guy we had has no experience when dealing with his customers. I not only had to go back twice but when I told them that it was veering to the right they let me wait around for 3 hours. Then come to find out they do alignments with their vision versus actually sticking the truck on the alignment machine. So who knows if I truly got an alignment. I stopped at this dealership because my friend is an old customer here and he told me they would take care of me. I fell in love with the renegade and it was also my first time purchasing a car, so as you can imagine I was very nervous and very anxious. As a female who doesn't know much about purchasing a car, I trusted that I would be taken care of... I purchased my car over three weeks ago and still am NOT driving it. I was told that registration would take two weeks... Okay.. no problem... however two weeks passed... not only was I not offered a rental or a provisional or temporary license, the sales personal called me rude for asking for a rental.... Customer service isn't Jeep 24's strong suit and it seemed like it was everyone's first day anytime I asked a question. When it was finally delivered my Jeep didn't even come with a user's manual. The price I paid is the only redeeming factor of the experience, and I'd probably have paid a thousand or two more for a less painful experience. read more
