We had my son's birthday here and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The staff is a well-oiled machine. All you need is a headcount and they do everything else for you- food, drinks, goodie bags, balloons, even dippin dots. And you can order a few extra pizzas and drinks for the adults and a cake if you want one. Kids had an absolute blast. They loved meeting Chuck E. Cheese and the games were super fun! We did our party on Saturday morning at 10 am and there were 3 other parties at the same time. So only thing was it was a little busy. In retrospect we should have done it in the afternoon since when we left around 1pm the place was empty. The staff did their best to redeem everyone's tickets at around noon -12.30 but there was a bit of a line, with indecisive kids - it's to be expected though! We went again today in Mother's Day (Sunday) Around noon and there were probably only 10 other people there, and it was so much fun, not just for the kids but adults too! Pizza is actually really tasty, a few of our guests commented on how good it is. Cookie is super yummy. Cake was good too, only $11 for the 8 inch round, so we got two, and it was more than enough. Fountain drink selection is on point- huge variety. Everything was clean, bathrooms very clean, games well-maintained. The air hockey didn't have a puck though. Staff was super awesome and friendly- I wish I knew their names, but one guy and the girl who coordinated our birthday party were there, they were friendly, patient and professional. They also stamp your hand with an invisible number when you come in so that if anyone tries leaving with your child, they will check if your number matches the child, so it's a good precaution. My tips: 1. Download the app, tons of coupons and you can accumulate rewards points. Because I spent about $340 on my sons birthday I was able to redeem 1.5 hours of free play, 500 extra tickets and get a $5 large cheese pizza. Saved us about $45 today! 2. I took my two kids here this afternoon. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I tried to use the self service kiosk to buy the game cards. It took my $40 and said card dispenser error. I had to find someone to help me and she tried but was unable to void the transaction. Another employee came and after 15min was able to load a card for me. I told her I need another card for my other child and she told me not to use the kiosk saying "they are always broken." So I bought the other $40 card from the cash register, but I was only charged $27. I asked why and she said it was a deal on Wednesdays only. I asked why I didn't get that discount using the kiosk and she said the kiosk doesn't offer discounts. After 25mins I had 2 working cards. Then going around the Chuck E. Cheese we quickly noticed that many games were either dark and broken, or dysfunctional (ping pong game had no balls, basketball game had one ball only, all skee ball machines had only 1 blue ball in their slot). Some games worked but didn't register tickets that were awarded. The floor was littered with trash and photos. Kids were running wild, jumping up and down the skee ball and off the moving rides. Then at the end when cashing out the tickets many of the prizes shown in the case were not available for redemption. I'm not the guy to normally complain, but there were too many irritating things to ruin our day when we paid $67 to try to have fun. They need more staff and a repair person to fix all their broken machines. Be better. read more

Surprisingly clean for a place where little kids constantly run around. It was a little smaller than I would have thought but most of the games worked and there was a lot of room to sit around for a kids party. Pizza is below average and overpriced but honestly better than I thought it would be. Only problem is that the person playing Chuck E. Cheese was definitely dead inside. This location is clean/open and modern looking, but the quality of game machines and staff are not the best. I came here on a Sunday and the staff seemed to be all high school kids. While they were all nice, there just wasn't enough staff support to go around. I stood forever at the counter waiting for help a couple of times. I also reported 3 or 4 of the games not working. A lot of the games kept taking credits but not starting the game. Searching for someone to help was difficult. Also at least 4 games were turned off and it being a small place didn't help. Had my sons 7th birthday here today with 32 kids. Booked online. Very easy. Called to make changes and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. I was very worried how this would go. Arrived and our party host Sammy put us at ease right away. She was very attentive and helpful and kind. Made everything perfect. Pizza was decent. Lots of fun games. Ticket machine and goodie bags were a hit. Dippin dots were amazing! Everyone very impressed with those. The cons: 4 parties at once. It was PACKED. Super loud and chaotic. There was only 1 person doing ticket redemption so the line was insane. Also they didn't add the 200 bonus tickets to my guests cards. My son had a great time for his birthday party. The place is very clean with easy parking. However our party planner, Sergio was assigned to us was unorganized and ended up charging us a lot extra on top of the online package. They also had shortage of the Chuck E souvenir cups so the kids just used regular cups. If they bring out the arcade card passes- I would count them right away. We had one short of the arcade card and he charged us for the replacement. Just make sure you look at the receipt first. Also they ask you to write a review to get extra e tickets, I would recommend writing the review at the end of the visit after getting your final bill. Would not recommend any parents take their kids here until changes have been made - 1) the stench - there's a damp smell that permeates through the whole place, it's absolutely disgusting. 2) 1/3 of the games don't work 3) the food is burnt to a crisp 4) you have to pay ten bucks for your kids to use the trampoline area for which you have to get the attendant to unlock, it's so unorganized and uncoordinated. We come here all the time and love it! I think I love it even more than my toddler. Everyone here is super nice!! It gets crowded on weekends but it's still fun!! Benji was an all star today and he helped fix a couple games that weren't working for me. There are always coupons on the website and if you get the app you can get even more rewards. I feel good knowing that they match the adults' stamp with the child's stamp to deter kidnapping. This place is great for my three year old and we always have fun. read more

My son requested to have his birthday dinner at a Chuck E Cheese's. I didn't want to go the same locations in the past that were horribly in bad shape. So finally, they have a restaurant with exceptional service, entertainment, and cleanliness. Now that's "Where a kid can be a kid". We came in as a family of four, and it was a slow evening, it was almost as if we had the place all to ourselves, so we got lucky. We ordered a medium pizza and the cool thing is they allow you to go half and half from different specialty toppings, so we went for the Combo one side and the other was the Cali Alfredo. I knew what we were getting into and I didn't expect super gourmet quality pizzas. It's simple ingredients but these guys did a good job. The pizza was chewy with zesty crusted ends, with fresh veggie toppings. That's about it, and we were happy with it. In addition to our meal we ordered the Sampler Platter that consist of 5 pc. Hot Wings, French Fries, Celery Sticks, Cheese and Garlic breads. It wasn't our favorite, but it was okay. They put in a lot of breads than the chicken wings and celery, it was somewhat of an unbalanced variety. As for playtime I opted for $10 worth of points rather than a time limit of 30 minutes, that way there's no pressure finishing gameplay. Customer service was great. When it was time to pickup our order at the counter, the manager saw that I had a stroller with me, so without question he would walk our plates to our table. What really stood out to me here was that, even on a very slow night they had Chuck E Cheese come out and engage customers and most importantly they did their kid check system (hand stamp check) for safety. I'm not gonna name which branches who didn't do this protocol, but hey this speaks volumes. The game floor area and dining was clean and we didn't experience any broken or yucky dirty game machines here as well. Now why can't all Chuck E Cheese's be like this? We don't usually go to this CEC, but thought we'd try it because it seemed bigger than ours on Moulton Parkway. The young woman who checked us in was lovely, even letting us know about the Wednesday deal on the Play card that saved us a lot of money. She was amazing, checking families in and out, taking food orders, and redeeming tickets for prizes. Our pizza took much longer to be ready than we expected, and we later found out that a technician was working to fix the oven. My grandchildren spent the time waiting trying to play the games, only to discover that only about 25% of them were functional. The drawing station was out of ink, the Skeeball games had no balls, and other games were on repeat, which resulted in winnings being sent to the previous player. When we expressed our concern to the Manager, he said that the technician needed to fix the oven first, then he would work on the games. The store was clearly understaffed, with a birthday party busying 2 staff members. The hostess and the busser did the best they could, but they were completely unsupported. The hostess was told that she needed to serve the paying customers first, so all of the children trying to redeem their tickets simply had to wait. The Manager's attitude was completely cavalier, and he was uninterested in providing any level of customer service. We have found the Managers at the Moulton store to be much more responsive, and far kinder, and we see no reason to return to Foothill again. We will not be back. read more

Manager was quite rude.. First we were told that we needed someone 18+ in order to be there. We complied and called a guardian as we waited in an area that was not inside the main establishment. We were by the first set of doors to get some AC due to the heat. The area did not seem safe either for minors to be waiting outside. Manager came storming in and told us to get out in a nasty tone. We weren't even there for more than 5 minutes! I did not see a reason to do this as we weren't causing a disturbance, we just waited by the establishment as they advised us to do so. We did not feel safe waiting outside in the heat, and she didn't seem to care for our safety either. The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to and the staff is so friendly including the managers. This is worth the drive for us since the one near our home is dirty and staff members are not friendly. Yes, it's expensive but the kiddos love it !! I loved going as a kiddo too. Since having kids, I've always avoided Chuck E Cheese. I've avoided it because it's just not enticing to me, nor do I want my kids on grungy, dirty arcade equipment. Sorry, NOT sorry. However, we were persuaded to come here because my daughters homeschool group was meeting here once a month. Let me tell you, the service is PHENOMENAL. From the time we arrived they staff were friendly and helpful. What really set me off was the guy behind the ticket counter. My daughter is a ticket junkie and this part of our Chuck E Cheese trip is the most important because she gets to choose her "prizes" (duh). Anyhow, she didn't have enough and only had enough for small items...the gentleman saw the disappointment in her face and immediately he gave her some "leftover" tickets. It totally made her day. It's the small things folks. Not just this visit, but other visits at this location have been smooth and pleasant. They also enforce the KID CHECK, which I appreciate so much! We had an amazing experience! I love that they have cards with wrist bands for your kids to carry around. Parents don't have to carry coins or tickets anymore which is great. More time for play! They also have several spots that take your picture. Great keepsake. Every game was working. They even had a light up dance floor with screens above that teach you different dance moves. Very interactive and not overly stimulating inside. I highly recommend this location. The salad bar and the pizza was very good. The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been in. I was very impressed. Olivia went above and beyond to help make my sons birthday magical! They have cake where you can choose an edible decoration on top, individual ice cream & dippin dots for dessert. We went on a week night and it wasn't crowded. My friends and I walked in super excited to visit a place that took a big part in our childhood just to end up getting kicked out for not having someone 18 or older with us but thats not the issue. This is my first odd review. My first encounter of ANYTHING like this ever! As I was leaving with my son and his friend this young girl who worked there asked to see our stamp on the way out. I told her no one stamped us and no one was at the register either so she turns and looks ONLY at my son's friend and asked him "do you know this woman and what's her name and who am I to him?" I understand we must of had a stamp but how is that our fault when NO ONE was there at the door or the counter. I felt very much attacked as if I was kidnapping my son's friend and if she felt that way why didn't she ask my son the same thing??? It was only directed to my son's friend. I told her what?! And giggled because I could believe she was asking me these questions. I wasn't even holding his hand to make it seem as if I was forcing him to leave with me. My son and his friend were following me outside to meet his mom actually because she was going to a friends house that night and came to meet us to pick up her son. I feel harassed in a sense and confused, bothered, uncomfortable, un easy, and like if this girl was accusing me of taking this boy against his will. Me, my 3yr old newphew and my 1.5 yr old neice. Got there a lil after 11am - the Parking lot was semi packed. People were walking in with gifts - so I assume there was a private party. Walked in and the door guy stamped our arms - all 3 of us??? I have no idea wtf for? Walked up to the counter to order lunch - stood there for quite some time cuz there was no one taking orders. Finally a girl came out from the back and took my order, by this time there were 3 people behind me. Got a personal sized pizza w/ pepperoni (nephews request) and 3 drinks. Oh and 50 tokens ($10) Pizza was greasy as **** (please fill that in with any 4 letter word) so I took napkins and took as much of the grease I could off. It wasnt very good, as some of the other reviews show - this is why I only got a personal size for the 3 of us. This location isnt dirty like most other CEC. I did bring some hand sanitizer in with me still though. Bathrooms are clean for the most part. Not very many Video games - its mostly games where you knock down coins to get ticket type games. Not a huge selection for toddlers either. My nephew & neice had a great time though! The people at the prize counter were cool, we were a couple short and they automatically took care of it for us. As we were leaving - you have to show the door guy your stamp- for some reason they had a hard time finding the one on my nieces arm. I do not recommend holding a large birthday party of more than 50 people at this location. We held our daughter's birthday party here last year and it went so well, staff were amazing and kids had fun. Decided to hold her birthday here 1 year later and it did not go well at all this time. Pizza was yummy and Jaque was amazing. She was the only staff who cared about the kids and had passion for her job. The other staff are young and need proper training and directing from managers. 1)The party host called our large party to eat, prior to bringing all the food or plates or drinks to table. When she brought drinks she told us only 2 pitchers were allowed per party. Family and guests were running around filling kids drink cups and trying to feed kids with pizza that wasnt there yet. Please support your other 1 staff member who was assigned to our party and clearly overwhelmed. She actually pulled me away from my guests in a rude manner, to tell me that my family was yelling at her manager and she cant get drinks and bring pizza at the same time, and demanded better communication from ME. Seriously. Mind you she never did tell me her name, so I still don't know who this party host was. Very unprofessional. Not enough seats for guests, when I booked with number of people attending. I asked if I ordered enough for our party. Party host said I dont know. So of course I had to order more pizza after because we didnt have enough. Got only 3 of 9 metallic balloons and no additonal coins that were part of our purchased package. 2) I asked for candled 3 times and was still questioned where my candles were. Daughter missed the chuck e cheese dance. Our party host Jaque was there dancing with another party booked at the same time. Um, our birthday girl and guests weren't there.
