We've been here a LOT for parties. We are always happy with every visit. Bradley has been our hostess a few times and she is always a pleasure! Her customer service is amazing and she is just a joy! Not really happy with the experience this time. We called Friday to see if there was wifi so we can do our homework for school while the kids play. We were told yes, and when got there there wifi was down for a month. Ridiculous! So we had to cut the kids time short. There pizza has improved and i like that they have the salad bar. We went there on 3/28 for my daughters birthday. We were greeted and we found a decent spot for her little party. Now, I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese's in a very long time. The props that they had one time (the band) is gone and it's only Chuck E. The games were good, but not great of selections. The food was decent but not hot (warm). When we were finally leaving (was there about 3 hrs), we went to the desk where you can get prizes or buy something. The three young lady's (new employees) looked at us (my child and myself) and walk away to the front where the registers are. None of them acknowledged our presence but kept on talking. One came from the back and finally tried to help us (more than the 3 girls did). After she tried she got her manager to help. I notified the manager that customer service 101 is that you acknowledge the customer, even if you don't know what your doing. There is no excuse whatsoever of their actions. And when we were leaving, another lady was waiting patently for assistance. I informed her that those three girls are new and you won't get help from them (since standing around bill crapping around is way more important than helping the customer). Other than that issue, the other staff members were awesome, especially the kitchen crew. We asked them if they could cut our ice cream cake since we more less had to grab one on short notice, and they did an amazing job cutting it. read more

I am so glad I came here while my child is still 2, so she won't remember anything about it! And we will never be back! It will only be a matter of minutes before the whole franchise implodes anyway. My two year old daughter threw up in her bed this morning after eating their pizza the evening before. My wife ate a piece of the cheese pizza from the "buffet"(to be addressed momentarily), and, even after she had already blotted the standing grease, a residual grease slick broke loose and ran all the way down her chin. She and I both wiped it off, well, mostly... wow! And to think, while I was there, my original complaint was that it took twenty minutes... no kidding... 20 minutes, to get 1 cheese pizza on the "buffet". They put one cheese pizza out. Then, after that one had been gone for about 10 minutes, they put out a pepperoni. I think the cook was discretely trying to save us all, I feel like an idiot for missing his signal... not really, I feel like an idiot for eating at this putrid place. Employees were rude at best, and the place smells like a Kmart that used to be an Albertsons... that's from the moment you open the door. If you are thinking about having a kids party at chuck e cheese's, THINK AGAIN. This place is completely chaotic- tons of rude kids with no parents in sight running around, way too many games and rides packed into too small of space. and too many parties happening at one time. Not to mention, the cost of the parties is ridiculous--$12.95 per child for 2 slices of pizza, 20 tokens, and a drink. The food was served late, but we were still kicked out (yes, literally given the boot) from our table precisely 90 minutes after the party began. I would never consider going to Chuck E. Best Chuck E Cheese we've been to! Service is great. Restaurant is clean. Pizza was actually very good! My kids had a blast and keep asking to go back. The fun house was their favorite....carnival style. There are cameras set up in the fun house, so you can keep an eye on your kids as they are running through. Overall, it was a great family night. We are not going back anytime soon. The place was a complete dump. There was trash absolutely everywhere. I let the manager know that there was blood in their obstacle coarse, she said she would send someone in to clean it but she never did. One of the games ran out of tickets in the middle of dispensing them to my daughter. I asked two employees for help twice and they never came back. I run an indoor play ground so I know upkeep is difficult but when you have 7 employees working and no one seems to be able to pick up trash as they are walking around giving their friends free tickets you have a serious problem. I came here for a birthday party and this place was great! The birthday package was a great deal. The food was great! It came with dip n dots ice cream and 2 hours of unlimited fun for the kids. My daughter and I had so much fun. All the workers were awesome! Everyone was friendly and nice! I am definitely looking forward to booking a party! read more

The service here is pretty bad. Long waits for everything, and everyone that works there seems miserable (I get it, but really -- if I'm going to spend $300 on a birthday party, it would be nice if it came with a little service). I love this location. The staff are usually very friendly, it's pretty clean compared to other locations we've visited. They accept several coupons at once which is awesome. This location is bigger than others in the area and has more games in my opinion. I've always had a great experience here. read more

I found it much improved from the past. The new manager was cleaning like crazy. I was very impressed with him. Using a card rather than tokens is a big improvement. Some of the new rides are great. Salad bar was good as well as being clean. PIzza was also very good. This manager is a keeper. read more

Noisy, unattended kids, expensive, broken games.....I just moved here and this is the worst Chuck E Cheese I have ever seen.

My kids love this place, as a parent I usually bring a book and wait for my husband and the kids to use up all the tokens so we can leave. We don't ever eat here because we prefer to eat elsewhere when we are in the neighborhood. We take the kids when they are hungry so they don't throw and fit when it's time to leave and they have something to look forward to. It usually takes them about an hour then they cash in their tickets for a few pieces of garbage (aka treasure) from the glass case and we go about our day. In our most recent visit, I noticed that they added a fun house. You are supposed to pay a token to go inside, I noticed my daughter was the only on that paid as the other children just slipped under the gate. There are cameras where you can see your child make their way through the FUN fun house. I notice my daughter was having a hard time getting past the maze of mirrors. She was in there for about ten minutes and while i could not see here face I could sense that she was probably getting close to panicking. I was all but expecting her to come out in full melt down mode but ultimately she just came back out the entrance, defeated and ready to move on to something else. She is six and there were a lot of other, smaller kids breezing through the thing so I'm not sure what the issue was. After all is said and done, this is a great cheap place to make you the parent of the day in your child's eyes and maybe catch up on some reading. I will say however that the person at the door never checks my husbands stamp, which is odd. read more

No doubt that this is a fun place for kids. We just had terrible service. Arrived at noon. Ordered beers for 3. Attendant asked to see everyone's driver's license. We are 72 and 73 years old! Wine was on the menu but they don't have wine anymore. 20+ minutes later she came and told us they only had two beers to choose from, neither which we had ordered. It was another 10-15 minutes before it was served. There was only one attendant at the entrance and she stamps hands, sells passes and food, and serves drinks. At times there were 15+ people waiting to get checked in. It was not her fault. They were simply way under-staffed. Not my idea of good management. We scheduled our 3rd birthday party here this weekend and it was a total waste of money. We have had 2 other parties here in past years and they were great, but they must have cut corners since then as our host was completely overscheduled. We spent over $300 on our party and will never be back for a future party. The only help our "host" was to place pizzas on our table. We served all the food, refilled all the drinks, and had to ask for utensils from other employees there. They no longer announce birthdays over the intercom, so again it was up to us to go find all the kids when it was time for pizza and again when it was time for cake. When it was time for cake, we again served it all ourselves. When the website states the price includes a "host" be aware that "host" duties end at placing pizza on the table and walking away. You have to serve everything yourselves. What a major disappointment! I missed the opportunity to enjoy the party because I was attending to drinks, refills, and assisting kids with getting pizza.
