We placed our order at 5:24p and I am sitting here typing at 6:37p and no food. Was refunded and promised food, none! Total incompetence from the management staff. This will be the LAST time I ever come to any Chuck E. Cheese. What a shame as I grew up here, but they are worthless now. Terrible food and terrible service. We had my nephew's 2nd Birthday Party here and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the wonderful updates. The redesign looks fantastic! It's vibrant with bright colors, great sound and tv screens for the sing-a-long entertainment, and the games are engaging for many ages! This isn't the same Chuck E. This is the most unprofessional place ever I came weeks in advance to book a birthday party on October 31 because my daughter is turning three years old. The manager I talked to told me OK your party is at four and they changed it last minute to six like at least call somebody straight sent the email don't know if I checked my email or not and it still says at 4 o'clock but they switched it to six then the party coordinator had her baby with her and the back and I will call corporate for how the lady talked to be and I'll be in the wrong for beating her ass. read more

It was cold out but no snow and my little boy needed to burn some energy so we were there on a random Thursday afternoon. It was a great time! All the games and rides require just one token valued at a quarter each. Nothing was broken... all the machines worked. Amazing. And... IT WAS CLEAN! I think I was most impressed to see the manager on the floor cleaning things. Food: The pizza is better than decent but the salad bar was so good. Everything was fresh and again very clean. And it's pretty reasonably priced as far as places like this go. And a major plus - they send coupons often. Do sign up for their email program. Another great thing about this place is the child protection. They stamp your hands on the way in with an ink only visible under black light. I held my sons 4th Birthday here today. Tim, our host, was amazing! He made sure our party went off without a hitch. The party area was clean and set up prior to our arrival at 11am. All play cards and my sons wrist band were waiting at our table as we arrived too so there was no waiting at all. Pizzas showed up to the table at exactly 11:30 as promised and were quite good. There were two other parties going on at the same time as ours but we didn't even notice. Our host made sure we always had what we needed and kept us on schedule without any worries. It was one of the best, easiest parties I've thrown yet! I highly recommend this particular Chuck E. Cheese's for a birthday party and as long as it is early in the day it isn't too crowded. I have been here only 3 times, (and 2 were forced because I had to attend a child's birthday party). I loathe being invited here for a birthday party. I am torn every time I see that invite show up in the mail because i just know I will be up all night and be paying a doctor bill a few days later. Service- SUCKS! Management- EPIC FAIL. You pissed off the wrong person, Me sucky manager. I went here and the line was extensive to order food. I asked for a manager to see if they could get more than one person working the front register to get people processed more quickly. The manager, an older caucasion male, was extremely unhelpful and did NOTHING to remedy the problem; I was just brushed off. At the very least, HE could have jumped on a register to help with the bottlenecking issue. The person working the register was extremely kind and helpful, but he could only do so much. Management sucks, at least that manager, and I was unimpressed. He needs to be trained by the people at Native Foods. Chuck E Cheese, you failed with that man; try again. Waiting in line for your kids to cash in their tickets...Painful. It's hit and miss to get help, and when they do come, it's generally one person helping all the people pushing to get in the front. Absolutely the worst experience I have had in a long time. The food was ok the employees completely have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They spend more time talking by the kitchen then actually working. And to top it off the lady at the entrance let my two boys walk out with another man. She didn't check their hands just let them walk out. What kind of security do you have with this day and age you never know what could happen. So my family's experience was AWFUL. My 9 year olds play card was stolen and when I addressed the issue with a manager I was left with nothing but to buy another one. We arrived at 7:50pm and when we checked the card activity there was games played at 6:30pm. I was basically called a liar cause she didn't believe me or dig deeper into the situation. Second issue is that my husband and son broke a record on a game and a kid was standing next to them watching this all go down. The game went weird and ran out of tickets so that kid ran to an employee before we could get to one and the employee gave the tickets to the child who got the employee to come help when we all explained what just happened...left my son feeling so low. Third issue is that our pizza looked like it wasn't even a whole pizza. There was a complete difference in the slices. It looked like two different pizzas put together. Not a whole pizza made. The game prizes suck but whatever. Never going back. Pretty sure the games are being messed with too. How does one get the same score as the last person and given different amount of tickets? We took our kids to chuck e cheese to have some fun and eat. As we were looking for a table, we noticed that all tables in that section were taken or so we thought. A few minutes later we realized those tables weren't taken but had not been cleaned. My husband asked one of the employees if someone can clean one of the tables for us to sit in and a few minutes later a male came and cleaned the table but had a horrible attitude. The entire time we were there (about 2 1/2 hours) the rest of the tables were never cleaned and There was a lot of fruit flies flying at our table because of the other tables that not been cleaned. My husband asked one of the managers several times if they could please clean the other tables due to the flies and he said he would send someone, but he never did..not until we left the place, we noticed through the windows that someone was cleaning them. We've been here before and have had no problems but last week we went for my son's birthday.The place was packed so we ordered the food right away. An hour and 45 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our food, which was sub par at best anywayI don't expect gourmet food at Chuck E Cheese but the pizzas were terrible and the wings were dry and tiny. And for what they charge....It came in stages, one pizza at a time, wings with no dipping sauce.I understand it was busy but people who came in an hour after us were eating.My kids were crying they were hungry. They accidentally gave the last pizza to another table.The servers basically avoided us because the kitchen wasn't sending the food out.The machines were out of tickets and I told staff 3 times but nothing was done.
