Great time for the kids, my daughter loves coming here. The bounce house is a hit, theres also arcade games for them to play and a little jungle gym. We normally do the bounce house (keep the card and the socks for next time) and then we get an hour of games. We love coming here for 2-3 hrs, time flies by! This place has lots of great games and overall, the location is fine so that's a plus. The staff though is super rude mainly we had two encounters with a bald manager that has a tattoo on his arm or hand, small one I forget. First, he was rude to my wife because my son went on the jumping/trampoline area without the socks and the armband because he's four and he just ran in there, so he was super rude and told him to get out instead of being more polite about it Then today we brought in some food from Chick-fil-A to sit down and eat, but we didn't know that you couldn't bring in food. That was our mistake, but as soon as we sat down, the guy told us that we had to take it outside and he was super rude about it and he just told us and walked away like he didn't care. We're paying customers we paid for a month with the pass, but now I'm considering not come here anymore because of the Subaru manager. Came here to celebrate my nieces 5th birthday. We have a big party scheduled over the weekend but wanted her to have a celebration on her actual birthday even though it was a week day. It was perfect as the place wasn't as packed. So we walked right in and as always it's free entry. We paid at the register for tickets they place on a card. That was it. After that it was me trying to run around and keep up as she ran around choosing which games she wanted to play, what ice cream she wanted me to hold for her and of course what prize she wanted at the end. This is definitely a cute kid spot but I'd say 10 or maybe even 9 and under would enjoy more. Alot of the games are really for the little ones but even adults can have fun while they accompany their little ones. They still have party packages available and Chuck E himself comes out to greet and take pictures with the kids. Food options are different sizes and topped pizzas, wings and a salad bat. For the adults there's beer and wine and of course the regular soda options. For any little ones who didn't win any tickets all prizes are available for purchase making everyone a winner! read more

My 4 & 5 kids love this place! My son celebrated his 5th Birthday here on a weeknight and honestly it was easy to just show up and we basically had the place to ourselves. To be honest the service was not the best because it was very slow (which is why I am giving it 4 stars) but the food and kids entertainment was perfect. The vegetable platters, wing platters and pizza was actually pretty good. We selected the Mega fun party package and it was great because the kids played unlimited the entire party. Located all over the country our closet location is the one off Kendall drive and 120 avenue with plenty of parking. Here you will find a good variety of games for kids 10 and younger. They also served pretty descent pizza and chicken wings. Chuck E. Cheese also offers good birthday celebration packages that includes food, beverages, and play cards. Here you will also find a very secure environment for kids, upon entering the premise they will time stamp you and your child to make they don't leave with anyone other than the parent. I have gone to Chuck E.Cheese here in Kendall a few times this summer. I have really enjoyed how lively it is and my son has really enjoyed himself. We love the dance floor that lights up. The staff has been pretty helpful. The only complaint I do have is that they never answer the phone in a timely manner. It took me almost two days to actually get a hold of someone. They aren't taking many Covid precautions. I arrived in the morning on a week day. No temperature check and masks are optional. Purchased an hour-unlimited game card. Several of the games were out of service. Also didn't see much cleaning done between games. When we were leaving there was a little kid not wearing a mask that was coughing all over the place and over the machine by where his family was eating. There wasn't anyone by the door either. Who doesn't like Chuck E. Cheese's?!? Growing up everyone held a birthday party here. This location has been around for many years now, and it's always jammed packed. We went to spend the early afternoon, 1ish and you could barely walk around because of how packed it was. They added many different new games, and made more room in between each game. They also changed the coins to cards, which is A LOT BETTER. They have a few food options to choose from, even a salad buffet. Prices are as expected, a tad over priced. Their bathroom needed some attention, with the large group of people in the place they should constantly check the bathroom. The reason I give this place a 4 star is because of the LACK of enthusiasm the employees have. This being a family oriented place, the employees should definitely be warm and welcoming. They all seemed bothered or annoyed. When we asked for help with one of the machines, the employee rolled his eyes before checking on the machine. I get that maybe it wasn't directed towards us but more to the machine, but we are not mind readers. The only employee that greeted us and smiled to all the customers, that I noticed, was Emely. I went to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time for a kids' birthday party. I was told this is one of the most Miami experiences. From what I had heard before, I imagined it to be a bit ghetto and was super positively surprised. It was pretty clean and spacious. They do the birthday parties in a very efficient way. Food was typical American junk food but the veggie pizza and cheesy bread weren't bad. Every guest is given a pass that they can use for two hours. It was quite entertaining. We started coming to Chuck E. Cheese two weeks ago during kids summer break to avoid hot weather and rain outside. We have 2 toddlers ( 3 yrs and 1 and half yrs old) and they both had such a great time there. We bought time limit instead of points (highly recommended buying time) so the kids can play many game as they want. They had variety of games that catered to both kids. My young one can ride the moving car ride while older one run around and play in different arcade game. Even though the place is packed with kids on the weekend, we never have to wait for our turn to play the game. I wish we live closer to the place since we live by Brickell but it was a nice trip to go out of our way once in awhile. Will definitely be taking the kids back to play more games. read more

This is my favorite place to take the kids. Honestly people hate it. I can see it and I can understand. But for this place I feel like my opinion shouldn't count. The opinions of the kids are what matters! Every time I come here my kids have the best time. You walk into the area and they stamp you and your kids with the same number. You cannot walk out of this place without being scanned either. There is always someone in the front watching who comes in and out as well. My complaint would be that it is pricey. I have to buy both my kids cards to play if not one is upset etc. I like that now they have the option of buying time or you can buy points for the game. The food here is OK. Nothing crazy but the kids like it. They do have adult options which to me are also pricey. Chuck E. cheese is always a great spot for the kids. They are always having multiple birthday parties for kids and their families. There has been many changes here at this location some for the better as in updates in new games and safety for Children. Their food has gotten much better. I really like the pizza here, the even have stuffed crust pizza! Well if you're into that sorta thing lol. One thing that they took away from this location which I always felt was a signature structure was their ball pit connected to its tube tunnels for the younger kids that are in the middle of playing games and who are to young to really enjoy the arcade style games. Just the perfect amount of sauce with the perfect amount of cheese with the perfect amount of thickness to the crust. For those of you who have to suffer with subpar pizza at other locations, I feel sad. The pizza here is so good UberEats will deliver it to you. Anyway, the real reason most people come to Chuck E Cheese isn't the pizza (although I *have* seen childless college students from nearby Nova come in to enjoy pizza on their lunch break); the real reason is because if you're a parent, once in a while you desperately need a place to let your kids roam free that isn't your house. Here, Chuck E does the heavy lifting for you for a couple of hours while you sit back and catch up with your favorite parent friends. We came for a birthday this time and it was fun. They last about 2 hours and the person helping does the cake cutting/serving. I also noticed they packaged all presents in bigger bags which is convenient to carry them all out. My son had fun, we hadn't been here in years (he was less than a year old the time we did). Tables were being kept, salad bar looked fresh and full, and I didn't see any machine that were out of order which is a plus especially for my kids. We were welcomed by the associate at the with a warm smile, and headed straight to the kiosk to charge the play cards. Took my Godson out for the day to experience Chuck E. Cheese for the 1st time. Pros: Fun and games for the kids, he loved it. Kids get to spend the day playing games. Also now they serve beer for adults so it keeps those that need to drink happy. Cons: Parking is a nightmare in this location. Also gets extremely packed inside on the weekends and most of the games/machines were broken and didn't spit out reward tickets. It was almost impossible to locate the attendant to fix it because there was only one guy working. The food was ehhh Ok. The pizza was bland and kinda dry. Safety: A couple weeks ago there was a huge "bar fight" aka parents fighting in this location, came out on the news. I can see why as for the overcrowdings an noise in here is ridiculous. There was a police officer on premises. I guess because this situation because I have never seen a cop in a Chuck E. Cheese before. Also they stamp you & your kids hands with an invisible stamp that can only be seen under a UV Flouro lamp to make sure you're leaving with your kid. Tips: get coupons online to save money. Ok place to go during the week. I would never dare to go on a weekend, it would be way too packed for my taste. I usually take my daughter for a bit, spend about $5-$10 on tokens for her to play and then let her use the free tunnel playground (looks much like the McDonald's and bks have). This place is nothing fancy, it smells like old carpet, but the kids love it. I just make sure to wash hands right after to decrease possibility of getting child sick. Beyond that I went on a rainy Saturday afternoon, I expected it to be crazy crowded but thankfully it was busy but you could still find a table. I ordered a pizza with olives and instead I got a pizza with peppers.... uh ok. Sent that one back and by this time my daughters 30 minute play card had finished and they still hadn't produced the correct pizza. We ended up waiting on the ticket cash in line which was sort of long and slow. Dear Chuck E Cheese, On a recent Friday Family Night, my love and I found ourselves trekking along with my niece and nephew to come here for some fun good times. I was surprised at the lack of ID needed to get in, as we walked right past the door guy with a simple "our kids are already inside". That didn't really make me feel too good about my kids' safety, but I guess parents and guardians also really need to be on point. But I digress... The first thing that came to mind when I walked in was "I'm in Baby Las Vegas!" From the sounds of the games, to the buckets of coins needed to play, to the flashing lights all around, this is undoubtedly training for future Vegas trips. Immediately my 2 1/2 year old nephew wanted to take off, and thank goodness his daddy was rearing behind him! At full speed, my nephew turned into a lightning bolt, not to be seen again until pizza was ordered a while later. And even then, he took off to see Chuck E sing and dance. Wanting to join in the fun, my cousin, Johnny and I headed out on to the main floor and began looking for games to play. There's the standard games, like skee ball, and newer games, like an interactive Wii-type ping-pong game. Like Nydia said, there's all kinds of those ball-pits and even this hamster-like plastic tube going around the ceiling that the kids can crawl around in. My favorite attraction was the photo booth that draws a pencil-sketch of the digital photo it takes. I have the best picture of my cousin, Johnny, the kids and I, from our adventure here, and for that alone you got a star. :) I am sure that this was only the first of many adventures here. I love this Chuck E Cheese! I've attended several kids birthday parties here, and they make me want to celebrate my birthday with the big, cheesy rat. The staff is young, so don't expect the most professional party planners, but kids birthday parties are usually easy to deal with. There are tons of games and germ-filled ball pits for the kiddies to play in. And at the end of your visit, you turn in the tickets you win and get a crappy toy. What more could a kid want? read more
