I understand we all have accidents. But when you're allowing your kid to go ride from ride after peeing their pants it's unsanitary. We told management what was going on and one of the mangers Vivian did absolutely nothing. Didn't go wipe down the rides or anything! I pay a monthly membership to enjoy the time I have with my daughters here at Chuck E Cheese. But it's unacceptable to allow this to happen within this facility. Sat. Jun 8. Service was pretty good although There was a slight hiccup with our wings. They tried to remedy the situation. But it still didn't work.* the Ambiance was good, it was clean & the AC was point. *so we ordered wings & we asked them to be 'well done' instead of saying they doing know what that is or how you do it. They sent out the wings as usual. We ate 1, she ate 2. We sent those back & asked the lady could she run the ones we didn't eat back through the oven. (1st lady said no need they run it through the oven 2x) well we told Second Lady & she said "no they're suppose to be like that." My friend was like "what, rubbery?" she clearly didn't understand what we meant, because the wings came back darker but the texure was still on the rubbery side. I think this is the sixth or seventh Chuck-E-Cheese that I've ever been to and honestly I don't think I've ever rated a Chuck-E-Cheese more than a three-star. Usually they would get one or two because the pizza is just so bad. It's really just a place for kids to hang out and party rather than a place that takes any kind of pride in the product they're cooking. It's really bad for you and it's really badly made and it may as well be a frozen pizza. Having said that, the pizza here was actually decent. Maybe I was just starving that day. Service was better than any other Chuck location I've ever been to and everybody had a great time which I think is the point. Went a few days ago for the first time in years and the staff helped so much! we had a blast, and the pizza was so good and fresh!

I can't believe I'm doing this but I am actually giving a Chuck E Cheese (referred to as just Chuck's from here on out) 5 stars. Crazy, I know. But this place honestly deserves it. For what it is. I have been to a lot of different Chuck's. I DO NOT like them. I do it for my kid. He loves the games. Normally it's also obnoxiously loud. And, they are normally just dirty and beat to crap. This Chuck's was actually really decent. Clean. Not too loud. More than tolerable. The food was surprisingly good! I ordered us a pizza with traditional crust. The pizza may be frozen or who knows, it came out hot and the crust was amazingly crispy/crunchy. I was really happy with it! And they have a salad bar that is better than any I have seen at these places. I would come back and have a salad bar - and be totally happy. I just wish this one was close to where we live. read more

Hours of Operation: Sun-Thu 9am - 10pm Fri & Sat 9am - 11pm It's best to join their E-mail club at http://www.chuckecheese.com to receive their latest coupons and deals. Here are some of the coupon deals that I use: -- $19.99 for large 1-topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 30 game tokens -- 20 free tokens (can use in conjunction with other coupons) -- 100 tokens for $15 Occasionally, I get a 20-free tickets coupon, which is great! Those little toys cost at least 10 tickets and even more if you want a better prize. If you don't use a coupon, a large cheese pizza is $15.99 and $1.99 for each additional topping. There's also a salad bar for about $7.60. To get tokens, you would either purchase one of their value meals or use the token machine. It's always a very busy place with kids running everywhere! They have lots of rides, games, and tubes for climbing. My niece's favorites are the riding horse and the flying bicycle. She also always wants to use the kid's telephone booth. It's hard to say this location is any different than any other Chuck E Cheese we have been to over the years. I can say it was not better, but it wasn't worse either. It was a typical kids running around, spending lots of money to win tickets that are really not worth anything but cheap, worthless junk. The food was...well it tasted like the same pizza you'd get in the local freezer section. They were slow on filling the salad bar, but it got done. I hope I am leaving this five star review for the right Chuck E Cheese. I just want to say I had an amazing experience with Debra(Hopefully it's not Brenda I can barely remember) and Jace.. AMAZING AMAZING customer service. They helped me go above and beyond for a birthday party and to commemorate our instructor. They offered me so much assistance, and so many different options even during quarantine. I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in FOREVER. Ordered via Grub Hub (First time using grub hub). Order was placed at 4:40pm. ETA: 5:15. Tracking (@ 5:00) revealed it would be delayed to 5:30. Driver called. Barely spoke English...."couldn't find the building". I went outside and gave specific directions...language barrier...driver could not understand... Order finally arrived at my door at 5:50. Pizza arrived COLD. No refund from grub hub given but I did get the tip removed. Will not use this service again. Cold pizza @ $25 is not what I wanted. No way to review grub hub, so this reflects on the restaurant. read more

I was recently at chucke cheese location in Webster, Texas on bay area blvd. Me and my kids had some issues with machines over and over because machines ran out of tickets. Finally after 4 or 5 machine issues with tickets the employee that was helping me called another employee to help me with tickets again because the 6th machine ran out of tickets and he had to fill another machine with balls. Then later I had to call a worker yet again because the machine didn't give my kids the 100 tickets they won. The worker came and fixed it and took off. Then the machine stopped giving tickets at 50 or 55 instead of the 100. Upset and agitated already with all the issues, I went to the cashier and asked her to speak to a manager because I wanted a refund. The manager(Dorah) asked me about the situation and I told her. Then she got on her ear piece and started asking the employees about me and if they remember helping me and if what happened was true. I don't know if they have situations like that all the time or what. However to make matters worse, she tells me I can't get a refund just because I don't want to be there anymore. I told her I do want to be there and my kids as well, but I'm not gona keep getting frustrated because I had issues with every machine me and my kids were trying to enjoy. Besides they have workers there to prevent machines from running out, either the employees need to be replaced, or the managers, for bad management. People go to chuckee cheese with their kids to have fun and enjoy family time together. This visit was the complete opposite. As if all that wasn't bad enough, she has the nerve to tell me that it's not their fault the machines run out of tickets. Then I told her what about the machine malfunctioning. "That's not yall fault? So I'm guessing it's my fault?" I told her. Finally she tells me, "well all I can do is exchange the timer cards u got for points if u want to do that." I said yeah I guess I didn't want to be more frustrated or get angry at her because she was a girl. And that's not all. To put the icing on the cake. She goes on and gets on her ear piece while she's transferring my time cards to points, and tells her floor workers to make sure all the machines have tickets because if that is the issue here then we don't want that to happen again. I don't know if she was mad because I asked for a refund or because she doesn't trust people. If this issue isn't resolved by corporate they better be ready for a lawsuit. read more

Very disorganized chuck e cheese. Just like many of you, I have a little boy who loves going to Chuck e Cheese. He watches and practices the dance on youtube, and can't wait to go to Chuck E. I think we are spoiled as we moved from another state, where the employees were aware that chuck e comes out every hour on the half hour and dances ON TIME. They even have a whole skit showing that Chuck E. is on his way out to dance and see the kids with a 5 minute warning. Here, Chuck E comes out with very little enthusiasm. The song and dance begin and he/she are still slowly making their way to the 'dance floor'. By the time they get there the song is over and there is no dance, they throw tickets with little or no energy and are headed back to change. This makes going to chuck e not all that great. For a toddler it's all about the experience, where this place is just lacking. Should take some notes from their sister store in Mount Juliet, TN. read more

It was awesome! The line was very short to get tickets and pizza and all the workers were very nice!! The ice cream machine got stuck and the workers took the time to get Ice cream for us! I would give less stars but 1 is the least you can give. My son was playing and minding his own business, it was late and very few kids left in the building. An strange drunk lady was hovering over my child screaming where is mother was and I was sitting in a booth 2 feet away. I heard all the yelling and confusion and came to see what was going on. The manager had no idea what was happening and was letting her cashiers take care of the problem. I don't believe chucke cheese should be selling alcoholic beverages if they can not tell when someone should be cut off. It is a danger to the children and the parents. The issue should have been handled immediately and with much better assistance. Chucke cheese is a place where parents have a peace of mind that the children cannot leave and have a little freedom( not bully or running crazy). So for this strange and unknown women to follow my child and not point out the other children walking around playing is a very big issue for me. An for the manager not to handle the situation herself since it did escalate is just completely unacceptable. I will be contacting the district manager or someone that knows how to properly defuse the situation because I'm very upset and don't feel safe returning! read more
