If you have ever wanted to visit Hell on Earth, look no further than this location on a Saturday night. This place was one of the worst places I have ever experienced in my life. When you first enter, you get hit with a stench that just wouldn't go away. This is when you realize that this is a big mistake. As you get closer and closer to the kids check, you see the attendant; an uninterested school kid who is probably counting the minutes until he is off work. They put a stamp on your hand with a number to indicate you child is yours and no one else. Once you enter, you are bombarded with a sea of children running around screaming, laughing, crying, and overall noisy. As you move forward, you start looking for a seat that isn't too dirty or used. Its the luck of the draw. There are so many people, but not enough space. You walk through the crowd looking for you table sanctuary. Once you settle down, your kids starts showing signs of the craziness like all of the other children running around. "Dad, can we start?", "Dad, can we get tokens now?", "Uncle, where are my tokens?". Unhappily, you go to the order counter to buy tokens...OVERPRICED Tokens. Before you can even count the tokens to see if they are correct, the kids already grabbed them....and disappeared into the crowd. You stand there, asking yourself why you deserve this torture....and slowly walk back to your table sanctuary. When you enter their washroom, you get to see where some of the smell is coming from. Kids all over the place with accidents all over the ground. I was too afraid to enter the stalls. Thus, i couldn't comment. All you see are kids coming in, doing their business, and then walking out.... no hand washing or anything. I was afraid to even open the door. After an hour, I was at my limit. Constant screaming, running back and forth, tickets all over the place, and the constant nagging for more tokens and fighting over tokens had finally broken me. We grabbed our tickets, allowed the kids to pick out their junk from the "toy" counter and was finally on our way. As usual, the kids check was a joke. Washed may hands and the stamp was blurred. The guy just glanced at it as I was leaving. I don't even feel that they were looking to check all the number. Overall.....well, lets be polite and say I won't be going back any time soon.

Came here for a birthday party. I've been here in the past, and i remember that half the games were not working - out of order. This time, there was only 1 game out of order, that i could see. Plenty of staff around working - keeping busy. Kids seem to enjoy the games and atmosphere. Tables were clean. I didn't order anything, but there was a All you can eat salad bar for $7.99, it looked ok, but not good enough for me to buy.. Party area in the back is big enough for large groups, and they have music and large screen tvs to entertain the kids. So.. really not that many complaints.. but there's no wow factor anymore. Maybe the games there are getting dated. I remember going to woody woodchucks, and wanting to go back, i think it was that huge play structure they had. This one here at Chucks is not big at all. 3.5 stars for "1st time at Chuck E Cheese" 2 stars for " visiting here for the 3rd 4th time" Staff seemed ok, i didn't deal with staff, or stay for the birthday party, it was a drop off. So i can't rate the staff and service.

There were some seating outside but it was only the one table for two people. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was that they ran out of meat sauce so the lasagna was out of the question but they made up for it in the pizza flavours. The menu is pretty straightforward; they offer multiple types of pizza ranging from classic meat lovers to unique ones like smoked salmon or tandoori chicken. I ended up ordering the four cheese because I was in a cheesy mood. The pizza was amazing. The crust had a nice puff up but was not so crunch that it would cut the roof of your mouth. The sauce-to-dough ratio was perfect, and neither ingredient overpowered the other. The cheeses they used (Ricotta, Feta, Bocconcini and cream cheese) didn't clash with each other, and it just seemed to be a slice of cheesy goodness with every bite. The pizza was not greasy, so no mountain of napkins was needed. A must-try if your into pizza and like my nannu says in Sicilian "Veni e pigghiati 'u divertimentu" (Come and enjoy it already).

We probably made a mistake when ordering 2 large half and half pizzas as this turned out to be a very pricey pizza dinner (over $80!!) but that's not the restaurant's fault. We'll just be more mindful next time. The pizzas were good and I loved the freshness of the toppings. Unfortunately, I did not love their crust as it was too chewy for my liking. The chicken wings we got was pretty heavily breaded which is also not my favorite way to eat them. We may come back to try their more adventurous offerings.

The toppings were packed with flavour, and every slice was delicious. The service was quick, so we didn't have to wait long for our food. We had a few slices left over to take home, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a really tasty pizza and a spot I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Nice crust with a good chew. Good amount of toppings. Really solid New York style pizza. Dave Portnoys pizza review went to their downtown location and gave it a 8.4 if you follow him. There was no parking on Avenue but I found some parking on the residential street just North of the restaurant. The inside is really nice with comfy seating. Not a ton of seating but I think they get a lot of takeout. Service was good but I did have to wait more than the 20 mins they said as they seemed to be dealing with online orders.

I also have never ordered delivery from this place. Huh? Every pizza slice that I have devoured from this store is thanks to my dad. When he's out and about running errands, and knows that I'm working from home, he'll often grab me some lunch before heading home. It's so thoughtful and loving. I also will never say no to pizza slices. My dad will often get me Hawaiian and meaty slices. I don't mind pineapple on pizza. I like protein. Both slices are yummy. This store is generous with toppings on their pizza. The crust is perfect. He has also got me a slice with chicken. It was okay. I find that the white chicken meat tends to be bland if you pick it off the slice and eat it. It tastes unseasoned and boring. Even with more toppings to break up the monotony, the tasteless chicken is the weakest topping on the slice. My dad doesn't get me the chicken slices anymore. Yay! One of these days, I'll need to drop by and check out what this store looks like. This store is closer to where my parents live, which also explains why my dad drops by here often. It's decent pizza. The ingredients are fresh and are of good quality. Go grab a slice or many. (396)

The space itself is fairly small with a few 2 seater tables, a large bench which is shared by several guest and a bar table space. The service was super friendly but it did take a bit of time for the food to come out. It is quite a popular place so you could see a lot of people were ordering take out. In terms of the pizza, the dough was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. We got the Electric Avenue and Truff Guy which were both tasty but to be honest, I wasn't blown away. Maybe my expectation was set a bit high from previous raving reviews. Toppings tasted good but nothing spectacular. It's also a bit on the pricier side considering the size of the pizza. I totally get why it's a Toronto favourite, but I can't say it's my favourite pizza place.
