I send all my DUI cases to Chuck. He's been doing it for decades, he knows what he's doing, and he's very reasonable.

Before my first case was reduced to a civil matter, I received a second ticket, which made me extremely worried and stressed because I genuinely did not want to go to jail. Having lived in Arizona for over a decade with a clean driving record, dealing with criminal speeding tickets for the first time was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I spoke with four different law firms before deciding to hire R&R Law Group, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working closely with Attorney Mackie and her legal assistant, Dulce, was truly a blessing. When I received my second ticket, I completely panicked and even cried because I was so overwhelmed. Throughout the entire process, Director of this law firm - Attorney Jushin Gill, Attorney Mackie and her legal team helped keep me calm and reassured. They worked hard to help me reach a favorable resolution on my first case before the second case even began in court. Trust me, this was one of the most nerve-racking and stressful experiences I have ever faced, and I will never forget it. I would say that the firm's fee of $2,500 per case is reasonable compared to other law firms I consulted. In my opinion, it was worth every penny. Although I never met the team in person, communication was excellent throughout the process. We spoke by phone when necessary, but most of our communication was through email with my attorney Ms Mackie and Dulce. they both were always polite, professional, and responsive whenever I had questions. As someone whose first language is not English, I especially appreciated their patience and understanding. Attorney Mackie is the best attorney I could have asked for. Before this experience, I had never hired an attorney and honestly did not know what to expect. Some people might say, "You had no prior criminal record, so your first ticket probably would have been reduced anyway." Maybe that's true. However, when it comes to receiving a second criminal speeding ticket only three months later, that's a completely different situation. Let's be honest--my positive outcome was not just luck. It was the result of the hard work, dedication, and expertise of everyone at R&R Law Group. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal representation.

At first Mr Cummings agreed to make this good, but then reneged on his promise and dismissed my complaint with rude ill-temper. Paul Ramos never filed 1 motion in my sons case. Never once returned our calls or messages, showed up late for court and even called out from court dates claiming to have car trouble when he drives $160,000 Mercedes. I was lucky to notice that he had over 6,ooo unanswered messages on his phone and that was the final proof we needed and fired him. Only gave him 1 star because I had to to post this. Paul Ramos deserves -5 stars.

After the first attorney I had just took my money then just advised me to plead guilty to end it quickly so they could go home I assume, I lost the case, but there was just more and more added to this for the "victim" just kept it up reporting false nonsense to intentionally get me in trouble further and over something that never took place. (Just an angry ex who felt they needed to be the judge jury and exclusioner) so I needed help and real help this time. Now since the courts took her side she felt untouchable especially after the first round . Well as I said not 1 but now after today it's 2 courts that Mr. Ramos defended me and now 2 times I walk with my freedom. He managed to get the "victim" on the stand and got her to act out just what kind of person they truly were to show the courts just what kind of person I was being accused and dealing with. Not only that he even had the prosecutor stumbling with their words. He was smooth cool and calm throughout. End your search call Ramos law if you want a fighting chance for them courts are brutal and do not care if the send an innocent person to jail.

And, when presented with it just a few weeks later, she refused to take responsibility for it or amend her own mistake. After our long, grueling mediation day via Zoom, she assured me that the deal she mediated was the best I could hope for and that if I didn't sign that evening, my spouse could change his mind and take everything back off the table. Feeling pressured, I signed. We had agreed to an even split of assets (36 year marriage) plus a decent amount of spousal maintenance. Before finalizing our Decree, she had created and sent each of us her detailed asset list showing a summary of every calculation on each side of the ledger. We both approved. However, her final document FAILED to include my equity portion of our residences in the narrative (although it was shown in her own asset division list). It was only a few weeks later that I realized she had not included the same figures as agreed to. When I attempted to address this gross oversight with her, she sent an abrupt response that the agreement stood as written and that if I wanted to address anything about it, I should take it up with my husband. We had already paid in full and so she washed her hands of our situation! This prolonged our divorce by 9 more months as my husband fought the original agreement, feigning ignorance of those figures. In the end, there was substantial expense for two attorneys and I ended up receiving less than an even split of our assets and none of the agreed-upon spousal maintenance. A tough lesson to learn, however, it's disappointing to be stonewalled by Judge Hyatt when clear proof exists of the original intent of the agreement. It's been close to a year and I'm still flabbergasted that an experienced judge could ignore her own negligence in her own court document. In my opinion, she is unethical and extremely unprofessional, to say nothing of her carelessness and blatant refusal to accept responsibility in her duty as a mediator. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to mediate for you!!
