We had always been impressed with the service we received from our agent while living in California and so we were thrilled to connect with Larry Lucas's office out here in SC when we were getting ready to move. This last month we got in an auto accident and it's been an ordeal, to say the least. The State Farm Claims department was giving us misinformation, mixed messages, and the runaround. To say we were stressed and overwhelmed is an understatement. At the urging of a friend, I contacted Larry's office, spoke with Mackey, and asked to speak with Daniel, our usual agent and was told he was unavailable. She asked if there was something that she could help with. I explained the situation and she was very sympathetic and echoed my concerns and said that she would like to have Larry call me back and go over everything. Larry called me back shortly thereafter and proceeded to calm me down, offer reassurance, and answer my questions. Prior to calling me back, he had looked into some of the details that I mentioned and also noted concern and said that he would go to bat for us. He got me in contact with a claims manager and we are hopefully on our way to resolving this incident. For a young family with really no connections here yet, it really meant a lot to have Larry step into the protector role and help with getting everything sorted. We have felt at a disadvantage without our network back in California.

They have a little waiting area and even a little table for little kids. I went there to get some information about some insurance and Dustin was very helpful in explaining some policies, calculating numbers and figuring out the best solution for my situation. He wrote everything down and showed me on his computer the different rates and values. I've been with State Farm for years now and they've always care about my needs even if they are on the pricey side.

I'm switching as soon as possible I would never recommend this company to anyone and this is probably State Farm across the country just a terrible racket.
