I understand this is "allowed", but where is the integrity on a verbal commitment to the buyer? The sellers didn't sign for 5 days up to when I retracted our end of the contract, because more showings were still occurring, even after telling us they were not accepting another offer. The contract also had to be revised several times, as they continuously tried to add that the purchase had portions being sold AS IS. Which was never negotiated and was false. Very shady in my opinion, would not recommend doing business with this group.
