It was served on a better potatoes with a creamy sauce and something they called olive dust. I have never had olive dust before but let me tell you. I am going to look for it when I get home. It was a little salty. It had a little brownie taste to it, and it really made the dish. We were very happy with our little tapas plates. Just what we were looking for. The service was good. He was there when we needed him, but did not hover. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable.
