The good: Its a relatively clean place. The bad: Washing machine asked to put $2.5. We put $3, machine didn't give back the $0.50. The ugly: We told the attendant/employee sitting there, he started arguing that its not his fault. He just started arguing rudely instead of fixing/taking responsibility of the machine problem. Looking at other reviews at yelp.com, I can see that this happens quite a lot, machine takes more money then needed, but then the attendant never helps. Almost seems like the machines are rigged to take more money. read more

On Tuesday I called and inquired about Wash & Fold Service. I have been using this service since the Coronavirus so I am not sitting in a laundromat. He told me that the charge is $1.50 per pound whereas the usual rate across the country that I find is $1.00 per pound. I then decided I would come in and do my laundry. I called back again and asked if he had an ATM machine and he said no but just come in. I did and he told me that he can give me $15.00 on my credit card for $2.00 I told him that I will need more then that and he said to come back at that point. I told him that I will drive down to the bank he mentioned to get myself more so I have cash on me. He then laughs and said the bank charges $5.00 He told me it was a BMO which I have so there was no charge. I get back to the laundromat, park right in front, go in to get a cart as I had over 40 #'s of laundry. A woman yells at me "Where are you going with that cart" and I tell her to get my laundry. She then yells again across the area, What, are you Blind or Can't read as she is walking towards me. She then points to a sign high up in the corner stating carts are to remain inside. I told her that I had about 40 #'s and she said that I should have put it in smaller bags. I asked for help as I am disabled and she muttered something and followed me out. At that point I felt that this was just the beginning so I told her No Thanks and LEFT.... I travel the country in a small trailer and have never been treated like this. The only review here is botched. It's probably from the owner of the place. Do not come here if you are a tourist. They do not even have an attendant manning the place at 10:30 in the morning. We came in here to do our laundry. We were cautious because several other people had complained that the machines had robbed them of their quarters. We were naive enough to think that it wouldn't happen to us. Sure enough, we were robbed by the machines of almost $3 in quarters. When I called the stupid number on their sign, some guy that barely spoke English kept repeating that the heavy loads require more money. I kept telling him that I knew that and I put the amount that they required but it kept making me put more. After a few frustrating minutes I just had to hang up the phone in outrage. Nice place for tourist to do a load of clothes. Opens early, 6AM and closes late, 2AM. Nice large signs on the streets directing you to the place. Pretty clean considering this is a laundry mat. A little pricey and bring cash. If coming in early or late no attendant available to break cash and no ATM onsite. read more

I drive 18 1/2 miles to get here , but it is worth it !!! Always an attendant on duty during the week Coin machines take $1, $5, $10 & $20 bills and gives quarters and dollar coins ! Clothes come out clean !!! Just pick the soil level before putting money in the machine Our local laundromat that is 2 miles away is horrible!!! Only 5 of 12 dryers worked, water was no longer soft & washers were NOT CLEAN!! Had to rewash my clothes at Church St Laundry , but they came out clean & odor free!! Highly recommend this laundry ! read more
