Also if they have black beans left over from lunch, doesn't hurt to ask. French Fries, Polenta, Pao de Queijo, and guarana to complete the full buffet.

My husband is from Recife and came here for a work event when it was very new a few years ago. He would tell me stories about how good the food and atmosphere was from here. He was not lying. As an American, I have come to the understanding we do not cook meat well, and when you have the ability to go to a very nice steakhouse with someone who knows how meat should be cooked, it is certainly a life experience.
