Great place. Wonderful environment. Shows elements of German colonial culture. High quality furniture and furnishing. A really great place to stop over on a trip to Gramado/Canela. However, the methods of billing is quite problematic. There is a lack of consistency in determining the rates. It could fluctuate unexpectedly. There must be more transparency. read more
