Guadalajara pretty much doesn't use air conditioning because its normally nice out. We sat down and our server came immediately. He was super nice and it was some of the best service we had in GDL. We both ordered chulaquiles. I added 2 eggs on mine and my wife added 1 egg. Their chilaquiles doesn't come with eggs. Both our dishes were excellent! Very very good. I ordered an iced capucino and my wife got a chai drink. Both drinks were great. Its a great spot to people watch because its right on the main area people walk (chapultepec). Here's our experience: 1) Food: The dessert is beautiful and definitely impresses. However, we didn't love the flavor of our desserts. The "Caramelia" was not very good. The flavors didn't combine well and the "Cacaotal" was fine.
