This is the second time I have come here and the food is better than I expected it to be. The fried pickles were honestly the best fried pickles I've ever had in my life and I'm 41 years old. The sauce went perfectly with it, and it just made the pickle taste accentuated in the best way. The scores were also pretty good. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely recommend getting the fried pickles. read more

I lived here 15 years ago and I did have good memories of coming to Chuy's. I always love the taste of their chicken and the food didn't disappoint. However, when we got to the door, it was 715 and they were closing at 7:30 early for an employee meeting. However, they still offered takeout and they even offered chips and salsa take with us overall the food was good. I was quite surprised that the $50 bill for a takeout of a chicken meal and a salmon dish, but whatever things have changed. Can't talk about the ambience because everybody was cleaning up but overall it hasn't changed in the years that I've been gone. I was here for the car show, decided to have the Shrimp Skewers, definitely recommend! The four stars is I prefer to be waited on at the table. Plenty of parking, even if you are traveling and pulling a trailer. In the past I have had the fish tacos, tri-tip sandwich, among other dishes, all very good! I would recommend! read more

I have been to Chuys dozens of times throughout the years but this was one of the funnest times ever. I was scrolling through social media and came across an ad for a family friendly themed trivia night. I couldn't rally my troops quick enough! I did not know they offered this and we were all so excited to give it a try. We placed our order for the fajitas as it was Wednesday and that is fajita night and found us a table to play some trivia. Zach was the host for the evening and he was awesome. My family had a great time even though we didn't win. The hubs and I had the fajitas. I had the chicken and he had the tri tip. We both enjoyed them. My oldest went with the tri tip sandwich and after she doused it in some bbq sauce she said it was delicious. My youngest went with the bean, cheese and rice burrito saying that is was good but small and she didn't like the salsa from the salsa bar. All-in-all we had a blast. Good food, good drinks and great trivia. We will definitely go back soon! read more

Quick service, friendly staff, fun ambiance. That's what I love about Chuys. I was waiting for my tires to get fixed at Americas tires and came to Chuys to eat lunch. I knew it would be busy because it's Veterans Day but I got to order quickly and sat down. The waitress was nice and got the food to me pretty quickly. I ordered Mahi taco plate. It was pretty good. What an awful experience that was, I went in for lunch for two they have a lunch special menu with photos $14.99 no drink included we ordered the burger + fries and the taco plate plus two drinks our total came out to $42.20 which is very pricey for a "lunch special". We discovered the photos on the menu are inaccurate and a false representation of what the actual lunch specials are they used AI slop to make the menus and it definitely shows in the way they conduct business, the burger which shows cheese on the picture does not actually include cheese and is an additional up charge that is not disclosed on the menu plus the burger came dry with no sauce and was just a flavorless greasy patty stacked on iceberg lettuce with an onion slice and two pickles; on top of that the taco plate only came with two tacos not the three pictured on the menu when asked it would be $18 for three tacos, we also got two drinks at $4.50 each when going to the drink fountain half of the options were not available and the soda was flat. Service was mediocre at best, servers didn't want to discuss the faulted menus and false advertisement when questioned. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a good lunch stay far away from here! read more

Food, service, and ambiance could stand improvement. You can't hear the people at your table you're trying to talk to, you can't put in an order without a 15 minute wait, then you don't get your food for and hour, then the staff tells you that everybody waited and hour for their food today (Surprise! Not a terrific thing to advertise that you're not firing on all cylinders today for Every patron, guys). I politely asked for a refund so I could leave and they pushed me into keeping the food that they swore would "just be a few more minutes" instead of letting me leave with my money back. For reference, not a big order. Paid $30 including a tip, for 1 single sandwich meal and a soda. If you can't handle service, stop trying. read more

How do I say it. I have never been do Chuy's and I regret every moment of not coming here before. This place is AWESOME!!!!! FOOD IS GREAT. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger and Fries. The pictures speak for themselves. Barely finished it. Friend of mine had the Chili Verde Nachos. Almost as good as my burger. The service was great. The servers were very nice and helpful. The decor and the LIVE music was perfect. The band was Mixed Signals, (Their number and UPC is in one of the photos). The decor of Chuy's is unique. Nice to look at which leads to a great experience. It was our first time going to Chuy's and it was a spur of the moment decision as we were looking for a place to hang out on a Saturday night. They had an event which was the halloween costume contest and it was fun to watch! Anyway, we ordered few dishes, chicken wings and tri tip. The photo of the food did not give it justice lol the chicken wings were good it was just alil dry. The tri tip tasted good too but it was also alil dry. Im giving 5 stars bec of the entertainment part. We watched the band kalisol and they were amazing! Food portion and price was also reasonable. We will be back! read more

Haven't been here in awhile because truthfully the food had gone down hill. Wasn't awful just not as good as it used to be. My husband wanted to and I couldn't think of anywhere else I wanted to go so I reluctantly agreed. I'm so glad I did. The food had improved so much! It's great again! The nachos are delicious like they used to be and the wings were crispy and coated with great sauce. We had the BBQ and the buffalo and both were great. The service was also terrific. Megan took our order and was super friendly and helpful pointing out we could have two sauces, which made my hubby and youngest super happy. Drew, the new manager, came over and gave my daughter a balloon and coloring supplies. He was super friendly and told us all about the improvements since he took over in December. Clearly, higher him was the right decision because I can see the difference. Which brings me to the ambience. They've upgraded the lights in the building, added blue lights outside and got heaters with fire in them for the patio. The place is clean and the soda machine works again. Tip: Mondays kids eat free with a paid adult meal. read more

I've been a dedicated customer for the past 10 yrs. Sadly the service has gotten poor over the years. The employees who once cared about the customer no longer work there and never see the same employees there so apparently they have a high turn over rate. Recently I placed an order to go and was assured everything was in the bag. I Get home to find part of the order missing and part of the order not made as ordered. I went back today to get the missing item. Tried talking to one of the managers who couldn't care less what I had to say and walked away from me mid sentence. Cant stay in business if customers dont feel appreciated. Watching the manager handle ready to serve food with his bare hands was enough to make me realize I wont be returning. read more

Amazing what a difference in management can make! I had a horrible experience about a year or so ago. But Drew (new mngr) and his crew are absolutely amazing! This past weekend (4/5/25) we held a celebration of life car show for my dad. The turn out was amazing and I was blown away by how well the staff were able to manage the crowd inside! We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever from anyone! Super friendly staff great food and quick service! By far the best Cadillac Margarita I've ever had! The atmosphere is fantastic and even better when they have live music playing! I enjoy sitting on the covered patio with my friends on Thursday nights for the cruise in nights! If you're looking for a place to chill and enjoy some drinks and food then this is it!!! They have something going just about every night it seems! Trivia, cruise in, live bands! Chuy's went through a phase for a while there but they have really been great the past couple years. The food is consistently amazing now and the entertainment is always so good. The staff is incredible and we always feel so welcomed and taken care of. I have recently been hosting my book clubs here and everyone loves it. Drew makes coordinating events so easy. Great little spot to hang out with a group of friends. The decor is cool and I always see car clubs set up there weekly when I drive by. Service is quick, happy hour specials are a nice bang for your buck. The food is fine. I tried the mexican tacos and the american tacos. Both were just ok. My wife got the chicken/cream cheese wonton's and fried pickles. Those were much better than the tacos. We ordered a few pitchers of Margs and a variety of other drinks. I love they have the "Cattle Call" the first Sunday of every month... the patio is packed with music and sports fans... but I would think they might add an extra couple people to service the crowd... Chuys has a few changes and I love it. Plays and silverware are a wonderful change and makes me feel at home. The salsa bar is updated and available to the customers again. The avocado salsa is absolutely amazing. The service is also a wonderful plus they now clear the tables for you. I accidentally ordered a salad that came with beans, not realizing they were included. Since I'm allergic to beans, I couldn't eat it. The manager noticed something was wrong, asked about it, and immediately replaced the salad without hesitation. I truly appreciated how observant, understanding, and accommodating he was.
