WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! They are con artists who…read moretook advantage of me and left the job unfinished and half of my money with them. They offer a low bid knowing you will accept it. They show up with a crew explaining how they know how to do everything you need done, and say it in a way that convinces you they are capable. They showed up for the demo of my kitchen, made a huge pile of debris at my back door; had me buy all the material up front and pay them half of the fee they wanted up front (this is for labor only, not yet performed!), and then they started showing up when they wanted to, late in the morning and leaving early in the afternoon. Sometimes only completing the equivalent of 30 minutes of work. When I asked what they were doing they said they have many jobs elsewhere. I said Yes, but what are you doing when you're here?! Nothing is getting done. They argued with me about what and how I wanted things done, and seemed to purposely do things wrong so they would have to charge me more money to fix the problem they made. They painted all of my white trim gray! the same color as the walls, and they were only supposed to paint half the wall gray and the lower wall under the WHITE trim WHITE! That's the whole point of trim! To be white against the gray! I was in tears trying to get them to work and do the job correctly and was getting nowhere. We had a contract, actually two contracts because one of the men led me to believe he was independent and had me draw up a second to complete some additional work that was necessary after they took the wall down. Long story short...and in hind sight I now see...they never intended to do the work, just make me think they were in order to get as much money from me as possible. And they did get $3k from me that I will never get back. I've had to hire new people to do the work they promised to do for the last 3 weeks at great expense to me. I didn't trust them to lay the electrical wiring necessary for the new dishwasher, or to cut and install my granite top counter, or plumb my new kitchen or install the cabinets I purchased. All they did was demo the wall of cabinets, make a big mess in my kitchen leaving paint and plaster on the floor and walls, replace the old ceiling tiles with sheetrock and covered up the AC vent!!! And finally, they asked me to buy more trim after I said they had to trim out the whole room (they only trimmed 2/3 of the room!). I said I'd go get it right then and they said they were going to get lunch then return to finish the room and be done by 4:30 p.m. That was at 12:15 p.m. I returned with the trim at 1:00 p.m. and they weren't back yet. I set the trim down and left for the day. When I returned the next morning it was obvious they had never come back from lunch the day before...and that was the last time I heard from them or saw them. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I don't know if these are their real names, but here are the names they gave me: Jonathan Rodriquez, Alex Hernandez and Luis Palacios. Jonathan and Alex are supposed to be the co-owners of this racket. Jonathan is 24 years old, Alex and Luis are older. I am posting pictures of them working in my kitchen and of their work van that has two different license plates on it and a magnet sign on the side with their name. I'm an older woman on a fixed income and this was devastating to me. They will be held accountable before God for their actions especially because it is not me they robbed, it was God. Amen.

He said had to order lights and it would take a couple of days. waited and about 4 days later he call and said I sent you pic of 2 different lights which one did I want at this point little upset. Lights were supposed to be up the day before that. so we confirmed which lights and ask when will lights be up. he said 2 days to get lights and 1 day to put them up. Called on 4th day he said light were not in yet and could we use our amazon account to order lights. at this time really upset! we ordered lights took 3 days to get all the lights. Let him know lights were here. he said they would be out next day to install. getting happy again. Waited all day the next day no show called him up and said getting tired of getting run around and if he was not going to get the job done maybe he should just refund my money and I will move on. he said he would come next day for sure in morning. So on next morning sent me a message I will just return your money sorry for inconvenience. now mad again. I told him I expect my money back in my hand by the next morning. 2 days later I call him and tell him I want my money back today. he sent me a message I will send money order. Famous work of a con artist. So dont be dumb like me do not use this guy and dont give him any money. I will do my best to get the word out to more people about this guy please share with your friends. let's keep him from messing up Christmas for anybody else. Merry Christmas to all.

I called the emergency Shelton plumber and home insurance came out and fixed it at that time I thought. Let's fast forward to a year later. My toilet started leaking at the bottom on the flower. The Shelton plumbing forgot to install the nut to bolt the toilet to the floor, which caused it to shift, leak, and severely damage the subfloor over time. I'm now stuck with expensive repairs again thanks to their careless mistake. The total amount that they have cost me over $3,000. I talked to the president of the company his apology came off very disingenuous. He was trying to get off the phone very quickly. He never offered to claim the damages with their insurance to help me pay for the cost.

I would say really only ONLY use them if they are the LAST RESORT. Otherwise they will only cause you additional problems that take your time and money and they may or may not truly get the problems corrected. I had a Arizona Ash tree stump in my front yard. The tree had a huge root system ruining the grass, very unsightly. Chuy's Tree service came out and removed the stump and each huge root showing from the ground. They had the latest equipment which made the job run smoothly. I was impressed by their use of excellent safety gear: helmets, face shields, speaker phones making them able to communicate over the noise. Chuy is so friendly, I couldn't help asking many questions about the health of other trees on my property. He is steeped in knowledge of tree care. They came about 10:30 AM; were done in a couple hours and made my day very happy. Thank you Chuy's tree service for the smiles, friendliness, and professional workmanship. We had a tree fall yesterday and found Chuy's Tree Services in a Google Search for " tree removal." Chuy answered and said he will be out today at 8:30am. We sent Chuy photos of the tree via cell phone, and he gave us a quote. Chuy came out right on time to assess the situation, even though it was raining cats and dogs. He wanted to wait until noon to start cutting the tree, because the rain would not be as heavy then. Chuy and his crew were very friendly, informative and efficient. Chuy's team trimmed a large tree for us that had been dropping branches and had become a safety concern for me and my neighbor. I had never had Chuy's do work for me before. I had a massive stump in my backyard and front yard. Initially I hired him for those jobs. Not easy and he did fantastic with perfect clean up. Then I hired him for tree trimming and clearing. Again, fantastic job. Sharp, professional, clean/well maintained equipment and seems like a good person.
